    You absolutely need to try this workout! Pelvic floor health & strong deep core is so important and not talked about enough. These are some of my favourite and super effective exercises to recruit and engage the deep core muscles and get you the strongest core ever while also pumping those glutes - specifically we are targeting that side booty! So it will burn not only yolur core and abs but also your butt!

    Absolutely loved this workout. That move at 9mins 40, my fave. I've done it seated but it's more effective for me the way you do it, so thank you. I've done about 3 of your workouts today, I know imma feel it tomorrow because it really burned whilst doing it.🔥
