Keep trying bro when I first had did the raid with my clan I kept on not getting the vex then after my 10th run with my clan I finally had got it just keep on trying you will get it
I think i got mine at like my 15th clear or so. I really gotta use vex more tho before they nerf it lol. Ive been on glued to fatebringer orbit for so long and true proph, shotty(back on good old cqc btw) the last couple days. Even got the catalyst and everything lol.
Sorry to hear that. To maximise time spent, I would run 3 raids per week on my 3 chaarcters, back to back, then I still had time for other stuff - hope you get it soon!
The best thing to do is find a team, try bungie's app, then repeat the atheon encounter until you get it. There's not much more I can do to help, other than provide this info in the video

1st try, I was kicked out of the lfg because they were salty

Learning that it's RNG based makes me upset because I don't have the time to raid all the time just to get a gun to drop.

it's all good. You can get vex on normal or master. Personally, I ran atheon over and over on normal, took me a few tries, but thats how I got it
