@@landontv1671 Bullshit. There are only a few sections where you can go as fast as you want. Most areas of the autobahn have a speed limit of 80 mph which in their terms is 130 kph.

You can’t just go an confiscate everyone’s car that commits vehicle crimes or infractions you will definitely run into the wrong person a few times and they might die for their vehicle running something as big as a city with a population over 1,000 is no easy task and there’s a lot of things and ppl to take into consideration when making decisions and rules

but as an ex street racer, you cannot get the same adrenaline rush on the track that the street racers on the streets crave and chase after.

If ppl learned to race in only the right spots then there shouldn’t be any other traffic around. State police and county showed up to our spot, they did nothing but went and sat at closest main road w traffic and said if they seen us on THAT ROAD we were done. We continued to race for 3 hrs in their site and when we left we passed them still sitting there. Abuse it and ya lose it. Don’t be stupid. And for all the “there’s a racetrack for that” people out there, those tracks are fun but you make one pass every 30 mins at least, have to pay $ usually unless it’s at noon-5pm on a Wednesday when everybody works. And weekends are booked or have to pay $$$. We just want to have fun and enjoy our toys… safely for you. For us, we know the risk.

I think licenses to drive should maybe raised if this is that much of a serious issue.

Most those performance cars cost 30 to 75 thousand dollars so hurt them in there pocket. They need to change the law so that if your caught going over the speed limit by lets say 25 MPH your car is impounded for 30 days and you get arrested with a mandatory jail term of 5 days and on a sec offence regardless of the car you have it get seized and you now spend 30 days in jail...
Easy fix STOP BULIDING HOUSES NEXT TO RACETRACK it's that easy guys
I'm not a fan of street racing at all and if you do you deserve jail time but I see why they do it

Rules are made to be broken but you can’t make broken rules if the cop is already on the street patrolling not parked somewhere hidden the racers won’t even race or drive fast there

I call.cops.on them every friday and saturday in abq up on university blvd. Around midnight to 2am. 100 plus mph they need to get drastic and impound vehicles.

Great idea let's reward crimals with professional performance driving school smh... Crush the cars from multiple offenders. Garnish wages for property damage, 100 hours of community service min per offense. It's not rocket science..take their money and free time away and this will stop, and stop with the BS minor slap on wrist punishment this new Era of teens are worse than the adults.

Want to solve the problem ill tell you how. If your caught drag racing or whatever on the street your car gets towed and crushed. No leniency, it will end. I know its unconstitutional or something but i dont care, you want to end this its how you do it.

Taking away and crushing there car won’t stop them they will just by another car mod it and start racing again even if u suspend there license for a yr after there yr is up they will be back at it again u will nv stop it

Don't worry folks, electric cars are hitting the streets. Not that I'm crazy about it, or embracing it, but hopefully electrification will mark the beginning of the end of street racing. By about 2035, gas powered cars will be a thing of the past (or so it may seem). And most of today's street racers will have lost interest and become tied down with spouses, children, and regular 9 to 5 jobs.
