I know basically what he did there is just sprayed water over the wheel cleaner but under the wheel cleaner both waxes are present if he washes the car again the waxes will be still there once the wheel cleaner gets properly washed away.

How long does the Turtle Wax protection last? I guess I should ask, how long does it stay on, and is it difficult to remove? I'm planning to wash my car later today, but have neither the time nor inclination to do a whole detailing job from decontamination wash to clay bar, polish, and wax, all of which I need to do. So if I just do a good thorough wash today then spray the TW wet wax on, will I have a hard time taking it off if/when I go back to do my full detail, probably next weekend?
Luckily nobody is gonna wash their car with wheel cleaner so with just regular and proper soap washing these products will probably be effective as a maintenance product after the first application by simply doing a quick application each time the car is washed. Just my humble opinion.

They are both applied wet. The turtle Wax hybrid solutions is a wet or dry wax. Can be applied either way. I did them both wet for a comparison because the Mguiars has to be wet.
@@kiffersplace2326 Whilst the Meguiar's states to apply wet you can actually apply it dry. That's how I use it, I use much less product, the gloss is off the charts, the durability is increased. One light stray on each panel, a light spray or two on a dry MF, wipe in then wipe off. I've used less that a quarter of a bottle and applied it three times to my car in 6 months.
Been using the McGuires for a couple years now. I'm very happy with it. As long as you apply it correctly.

Aren't they both supposed to have some cure time between coats, and between going out?
It was just a stress test after immediately applying it .

The Turtlwax Ceramic Spray Coating would have been a more comparable product than the Wet Wax to test against. But otherwise a great video 👍

Yes you can just use car soap on there and be fine 👍

I think the contents of the cleaners are still on the surface. Both products would have withstood the torture much better IMHO.
Wow, it looks like you waxed your hands too. I'm extremely careful to not get it on my hands. Difficult to remove!

Yes you can use it on a ceramic coated car It will not hurt it. These products will actually help your ceramic last longer

Man those nano ceramic coatings are just snake oil pretty much most spry waxes do the same job. Even these two will do the same as a spry wax.
