Pinstriping - Tools For The Trades™ Rat Rod Go Kart Build-Off Month 7

Welcome to the final monthly update of the Northern Tool and Equipment, Tools for the Trades Rat Rod Kart Build Off. Join our host, Dylan McCool, as he takes us through the progress of the high school students who have been building their own Rat Rod karts from scratch.
This project has grown into an approved Minnesota Department of Education curriculum, a project that has brought students together creating lifelong friendships, and an opportunity to shine a new light on what working in the trades could be.
After months of dedicated work and hands-on learning, the students are nearing the finish line. In this update, we check in with both school teams as the karts get pinstriped by Cliff Anderson, a true master of the craft.
From initial design to the final touches, these students have worked tirelessly to build these karts from the ground up. Their final grade in the class depends on the kart running safely. As we approach the big reveal at the 50th anniversary of MSRA’s Back to the 50’s at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds on June 21st, the 30-day countdown is officially on!

I graduated at the Minneapolis school in 2021 and I’m glad to see the younger kids do such hard work!!! Sure with I was still in high school to help my old high school teachers Luther and zac build the awesome go kart
