Since I'm still being asked about Aquaceras, skip to 15:00 for a status update.
Bud, I hope you ordered it a while back. Nvidia have stopped sales of their FE cards. Apart from that, I honestly cant wait for more progress on both these projects. They look amazing!
Mate this is ART!
@@joe_ferreira Thanks for clearing that up, bud.
Which CNC machine are you using?
This is absolutely beautiful!
It is indeed very very cool. Makes me want a CNC machine
Indeed absolutely stunning
(not regretting sponsoring it)
Quite simply jaw dropping, Alex! Couldn't help but notice that huge, excitable grin of yours, barely concealing your inner excitement, on the intro announcing your CNC was back online. Thank you, go well, and I look forward to the next episode. - Cheers.
Hey Alex, could you please make a Video about how you measure the intergrated io shield?
Great video congrats :) I’m also interested in the measuring process :) Thanks!
Wait until Aorus sends you a waterblocked 3080... ;)
Is anyone gonna mention that this is the most nice looking io shield there is
Noice, glad to see you're back in action!
Absolutely love the conclusion, where all the details you shared about the different challenges you faced during the process.
Asking about aquaceras has reached the point of trolling and harassing, does no one pay attention?!
Imagine a full case sold in mass production with that panel with the piece with the IO interchangeable able for different configs... Looks amazing!
Design your own 3090 water block.
Have you thought of painting the edge of the gpu pcb black?
I might do that now that you mention it. I need to do the backplate anyway so might just kill two birds with one stone.
@@bittech1 I noticed my card's pcb isn't black on the sides. So now its all I see when I look at my card or others. I'm interested to see what you come up with on the backplate.
@@deathnightANIMATED It might be cool to make a new backplate from more 5mm aluminium. Go Optimus chunky style haha.
@@bittech1 hmm 5mm might be a bit chunky imho, but I'm sure what ever you end up doing will look good. I haven't yet designed or built a pc like what your working on.
@ around 7:00 you change toolpath for the outline from anti-clockwise to clockwise. Why?
With acrylic you get a smoother edge if you finish using conventional vs climb milling. For roughing you get much better cuts with climb though.
i like his custom pc build every i watch it and the music is.... make me sleepy :)
This is pure art. This my friends, is a true modern artist. Much love from Brazil!
Stunning dude. Maybe one day I could afford to pay you to do a scratch build for me, would look epic in the background when I film the videos for my channel.
Where did you get those leds from? I'm looking for some small ones as I'm wanting to make some argb fan frames, similar to the ones phanteks make
You should expand and start designing stuff for mass production and retail. Dare I say your work out shines Ek and lots of other manufacturers. Singularity did it I’m sure you could as well.
You should sell some of these parts. Also, I can't imagine it would be that difficult for you at this point to make your own RTX 3090 water block in house.
The issue with making your own waterblock is the fins but I agree, id love to see this happen
@@phyranios .. I'm pretty confident he can do it and it certainly would be a very interesting video to watch.
@@DJaquithFL Unfortunately @Ballistical 935 is completely right on this one, the fins are tricky since I can't use a slitting saw setup. That means I'd have to use 0.3mm endmills, which aren't really long enough and are also supremely risky in copper. I could do 0.5mm or so, but then I'd be worried by then about the cooling performance. Fortunately I happen to know what the EK block will look like, believe me it'll be worth waiting for.
@@bittech1 .. Thanks for the reply .. maybe someday things will change and it'll be easier as things evolve. Love your channel keep up the good work! 👍😎
LOL 🤣 I'm sure by the time I can even get my hands on an RTX 3090 EK will have their blocks ready. I feel like I'm unicorn hunting. I hope it isn't this bad with the AMD 5950X.
@@bittech1 looking at waterblock geometry why can't you use a slitting saw like you said? Within a minute of searching I found a 63mm OD .3mm thick HSS metal slitting saw fine pitch.
All it sounds like to me is finding a slitting saw with a thin enough edge and fits into a collet(adapter), than after all standard machining fixture the piece of copper/brass mounted perpendicular to the cnc bed using a "tombstone" like in a 4+ axis machining opp. It's undercutting(machining under a lip or cliff) so I can see how that isn't something you'd have done before.
damn i cant get over frosted acrylic. looks hella nice, keep it up!
Truly underrated.
You could use double density led strips, gives a bit more light uniformity, almost seamless.
Oh wow, you nailed it. You keep out doing yourself with every piece you make. Good job!!!
YAAAAAAAY!!!! WORKING CNC!!!! I have to admit though, there is a part of me that hates your videos. Every one makes me jealous......😊 You have in part inspired me to finally do my own rigid tube build. Might even go glass tubes..... Wish me luck
Hmmmm...
Really intereated what you think about custom rez pump units with rgb for a core p7 cuatom build.
I really like the ekwb flat rez pump unita but they are a bit short (360 max) i need 480 and also would love for aome thicker units to match the 480x60 rads+ the 25mm fans so it goes to 85mm
There already are 3090 FE (and others) compatible blocks, but I think there are many already sold out, try EK, I think they should have some, alphacool was sold out when I checked few days ago again..
Looks really cool. For your future builds, I see a possibility to connect VGA AND CPU waterblock right into back panel without tubing. Just in the same way as you did with radiator. It will require custom machined waterblocks obviously, and will be a hell difficult to avoid leaks but still possible.
Your work is always just marvelous. 👍 from Japan
How much to make a version for Aorus Xtreme X570 paired with rtx 3090 Aorus Xtreme?
Why the hell it has less than 100k views (in first 3 seconds after upload) and bit-tech has less than 2 mln subs? Awesome work, no clickbaits, just pure, awesome work
Good lord Alex ! Where to start. I know I’ve posted a bit of praise on Facebook and other platforms, but you’re videos here are my favourite bits of modding content there is.
You’ve really outdone yourself with this build, that IO shield is the most amazing bit of aluminum work I’ve ever seen, and pairing it with the frosted acrylic to make use of such smooth lighting !
I chose to try a bit of leather working on my cmws build solely because of you’re work on Bloodlines, back before I was in any Facebook groups I was always following this channel. Now with Ensis you’ve added so many new inspirations in just 3 videos. Please keep it up!
Side note , the fact that you had one panel not work out, and you still managed to push through a video with positive and excited vibes towards the build is quite impressive. That panel that didn’t work most of been many hours of work and I feel for you’re loss there man!
Finally. I can watch someone do what I would like to do in my spare time. Not possible for many reasons. I missed you. it's just like Batman. I can't be Batman, but it's nice to play a Batman game, watch a movie every now and then. Keep it up.
I hope have a PC for my child to schooling, because this pandemi covid, I don't have a jobs
Going through the whole update too 3080 thing and them AMD brings out Navi. Update again would be a terrible outcome to that - although hilarious if that happened.
Might be wise to wait a couple days for AMD to do their thing.
I was wondering if full custom build could come up from raw uncoated materials. Raw, heavy and sturdy computer from the colours of the materials. Steel changes multiple colours upon certain temperatures.
Is it just me but I could watch your CNC cutting/trimming for hours. F-ing beautiful brother.
This is awesome. I would like to start with the 3D design of water blocks, which software do you recommend? Thanks
i so excited for aquacerus project but i think i will wait for it and enjoy Ensis project
Who needs a GF when you have such a sexy CNC making such sexy parts. 😉
Just curious, but what would it look if you nickel plated it after sand blasting? Kind of a shiny but not polished look?
Very nice Build! @bit-tech where can i get these argb strips? i am searching for some small strips.
Wow dang son. Superb scratch build.
СТЮПИД АМЕРИКАН БИЧЕС, БОЛЬШЕ 3.14ЗДЕЛ, ЧЕМ СОБИРАЛ
Mind blown, again. So glad you are back
Excellent work as always Alex. Learn a lot from these videos.
there’s custom cases, and then there’s whatever the fuck this is.
Fucking insane
Anyone that says custom pc build is not an art, never saw this channel.
is the CNC router a DIY build or purchased?
oh my god
paint the aluminum white and this would be my endgame build
wow everything u build is work of art. big fan
A vertical stand for gpu might had been better.
where do you get those metal cube mounting cubes??
Are you freakin' kidding me?!
When you do the I/O shield, do you measure every single thing yourself and 3d print tests or is there a 'easier' way? Awesome build!
You can sort of "cheat" take a picture, insert it into fusion 360 then calibrate the scaling to something you know the exact measurments on. probably one of the circular jacks,
@@brianhatley5963 mind blown! This will be so helpful! Thanks bud!
Beautiful as always
Wow, bro. That is.. incredible.
mesmerizing led wave color on the acrylic glass
I hope you sell your build to a manufacturer so i can buy one.
Your attention to detail and you creativity is just wow.
is the motherboard tray panel gonna be a distro plate?
Awesome! Thanks for sharing.
You do any work for the public?
i just wondering were you put all your builds
Absolutely amazing 👏
Glad to see that the CNC is all back and running
you are a god of custom pc... amazing
I wish I can like it 10 times, fantastic!
Brilliant man just brilliant, I love it.
Great effect, what cutters did you use?
This is absolutley stunning.
Very impressive job dude!
my ocd is satisfied
This is PC porn on a whole new level wow
Aquaceras is nice and all... but this, WOW that looks amazing. Absolutely beautiful!
Which LED's did you use?
Glad to see the CNC is up and running again. Must have been frustrating to have projects begging to be worked on. Killer work as always.
Edit : I can't wait to see Aquaceras get wood....I mean cherry.
Nice work. This is the best I've ever seen. I can't wait to see the front panel. You are very skilled. I hope I learn from you. I'm planning to build my CNC machine hopefully next year.
Great to see the development. Glad to hear Aqua is still moving forward. Hope you're well! 11/10 on the LED colour choice during your monologue too.
nevertheless - it looks great
I really enjoy your videos. Not only are the projects exceptional, your explanations are fascinating!
PS: Your unique stache is starting to grow on me - not literally of course. :)) Keep up the great work!
What is a good temp. for your water-cooled pc parts over ambient under load for an OC everyday use?
I would try to look on reddit or ask on tech forums
your nginx config is broken
I check your channel every 3-4 days to see if there’s any update on this project!
Absolutely beautiful and Sir, you need sooo much credit for this masterpiece!
Cant wait to see the finished project 👏🏼
HE'S BACK !!! Well done
I was wondering if you ever had any mishaps and what the consequences might be, sure enough you literally answer it after the video haha. Love the work, glad your back up and running!
O.M.G thank you!!! Been stalking your channel waiting for this. Lmao!
To keep the thickness down you could use side emitting LED strips, you could even double them up on each side. You could also back the panel with a piece of thin pure white gloss acrylic so the light refracts back into your diffusion layer.
I really hope you get into making your own boutique cases for sale, similar to NFC and his skyreach mini etc. I would kill for a case with the glass blasted and frosted acrylic look!
Your work is STUNNING
Damn you Alex! How the heck am I supposed to go back to looking at my PC after looking at this?
So freakin gorgeous. I have started such a big rabbit hole for me. I had given up on fusion cause I couldn't get it at first. But I saw your builds and was like I had to learn. So I have been, now the things I'm coming up with are soo awesome.
This is beautiful, the hi end of cabinets, pure art. I am happy by your word, quality and precision, i love so much.
Blown away by the creativity, engineering and craftsmanship.
The most perfectionist person I've seen in my life.
I'm sure this build gonna look gorgeous at the end 🔥🔥
Fantastic Work. 👌
Worth the wait! Well done
Good choice. The satin look on the aluminium is perfect. Amazing so far 👏
I was wondering the other day if your CNC was up again and if we'd get to see some new parts for ensis or aquaceras and you promptly deliver. Looks really great and worth the wait.
Yay!! You’re back!!
Tu sei di un'altro pianeta
