Do not estimate finding good plants at Lowe's. I love that the big box stores are stepping up there game and offering more plants for customers to select from. Its good if you do not have a good nursery close to you, however, disturbing also because it takes away from small growers and small nurseries.

Loving this plant shopping trip to Lowe's with you & Dawn 😊 Everything looks so much more exotic than our England's garden centres and just like you, I have never been a fan of Marigolds either and it could very well be because us French call Marigolds "Souci" which translates into worries. I know your love of David Austin's Roses but you seem to dislike a variety of roses that you call "knocked out roses" but what are these please ? One of my Friend from Scotland is flying to Charlotte today for a Scottish festival that gathers the Jacks of America. Your incredibly hot weather contrasts with the London weather where we painfully reach a little 66 o Fahrenheit today which should be mid Summer here 🌞Dawn is a natural as not everyone is that confident when being part of a video. We are all learning from Kim ! I am in love with the Sunshine Ligustrum ! It is so funny that you guys are happy to get out of the full sun when we would be so happy to get just a little more in our summer days 💚

The knock out roses seem to get a lot of disease. Yes Dawn does not care at all being videoed. She is comfortable to her shoes. lol

Ha ha I’m not a fan of Marigolds either! My husband loves them and we are always in a battle over this plant. So far I’ve won. He also loves Day lilies and I don’t so I comprise on this plant vs marigolds. 😂

I'm with you Kim, I'm not a fan of Marigolds and knockout Roses. . I'd do a Drift rose.
