Either in the exotic food section of your local supermarket or through a specialty butcher... I'm sure you'd be able to find it through an online distributer as well but I'm not 100% sure what you've got for that in America/Europe.
Bruh. They are very common animals. The more inland you live, the more you see. It's annoying to drive in some places because they are always crossing the road. The production of kangaroo meat has a far lesser impact on the environment than basically every other meat. So unless you are a vegetarian or vegan, specifically being against killing kangaroos is weird.
Yeah I'm Australian, hence my first reply which wouldn't make sense if I was not referring to my own knowledge of what Kangaroos are like. "A lot worse is happening" You're not wrong, but it's a funny statement. Everything you could possibly think of is happening on this planet. You can apply that statement to literally anything. Im sure there are some guys being cruel to kangaroos - but that's not everyone. Just like how there are people committing any crime you can think of. A lot worse is happening in relation to every animal on the planet. Just because something happens, doesn't really mean anything unless you have statistics or knowledge of the rules regarding the handling of an animal. There is no rule that any animal is supposed to be abused - "Kangaroos must be killed in a manner as barbaric as possible" - no, you're supposed to kill animals humanely. That doesn't stop people from doing horrible shit.
Good quality Australian salt is usually indistinguishable from regular quality imported salt.
I prefer to toast my buns so they don't go soggy 🤣 thank you Gorden Ramsey
that seemed way to wet, all that juice dripping off. Not my style. but the patties looked great
So how long do you cook the patty and on what temp...
I'd say no more than 3-3.5mins each side
I’ve found over the years that Kangaroo takes a while to cook through properly.
What no beetroot 😱🐨😬
Where does one find kangaroo meat outside of Australia?
your local butcher should have it or a way to order it
Fossil farms. I found them online and I ordered some to Florida. You can get a lot of other meat there too.
Online

Can't support killing kangaroos. Australia's shame.

@@ThatOneGuy-gd8jm Its disgusting and barbaric the slaughter of kangaroos. Besides kangaroos carry the highest parasite load of many meats.
@@natashasequeira5540 Under the federal code of practice, kangaroos can only be shot in the head - killing them instantly.
@@ThatOneGuy-gd8jm Yes well that doesn't happen. Alot worse is happening and its not monitored. If you are not Australian, you wouldn't know.
