Oh ngayon ko lang nalaman yan na meron palang gender ang papaya at pwede pang e gender re-alignment. No anaesthesia needed. Bubutasan lang dn after six mos, makikita na ang resulta. Kakaiba din sir.
Pls show what you did. Why did you shift the focus if the camera to the leaves and flowers ? What we want to see is what you did to the trunk.. partly I saw you cut it...did you cut it completely or just bore a hole?
I need male papaya tree which produce flowers . How to reverse From the female to male ones instead, or how to get male papaya originated from seeds? All My papaya grown to be female which I don’t want. Thanks.
Any stick will do. We used bamboo sticks. We just wanted to stress the tree without pruning it. There is very low chance of success. This did not work.
Unfortunately, I heard from my uncle that the plant died. However, this is a known practice in the Philippines with varying successes. Like operation on human, success is not guaranteed. This lamentable is one if the case, greetings.
Sorry to all but changing the gender of Papaya tree from male to female is not possible, I have already made an experience of that procedure then I wait for Nine months but nothing happens, I tried also the other methods by cutting the male papaya so when it will grow up again it become female but still did not work. The conclusion is the male papaya can not be converted to male papaya.
what happen to the papaya na kinapon sir , is it bearing fruits now. possible pala un , kknapon nga papaya naririnig ko yan sa lola ko nang bata pa ako.
@@RomulosKitchenandGarden thanks . Apparently , I have a male plant . Now about 4 m tall. I have had a few flowers on it before . Now I have fruit . Small, 4-5 " so far . Will see how big they get .
@@RomulosKitchenandGarden , sorry to hear that . My plant is almost 4 m tall. At least 5 + years old . Had got the odd flowers before , nothing happened . Then I saw a bird eating them ,the tree is 4 m from where I am typing this . About 6 months ago saw a tip about putting Xmas tinsel among the leaves to scare off the birds . The fruit I have is on long stems . What I have just noticed that I am getting some flowers right on the stem , in a ring 130mm thick, between the old and new leaves . The ones at the top are going crazy . This tree grew by accident , so am not fussed about too much fruit . Have read a lot about males not making fruit , yet mine has :-) A work in progress . Am mostly involved with orchids , and one particular genus is fussy about male/female . Best of luck in the future .
@@RomulosKitchenandGarden i suspect my papaya is hetero because the flowers are unlike from male as it should look. It works my papaya is starting to produce flowers with ovaries and now starting to become an actual small fruit.
@@RomulosKitchenandGarden instead make that tree suffer, you should find a fruit bearing papaya branch apex and replace the non-fruit bearing papaya apex.. I done that before and I think its the best practice and more legit..

Unfortunately the tree died after 3 mos.
That was quite interesting...papayas are very healthy... I like them...we too have them planted in our garden..
I will have to relay this to my uncle, I am now in a place where papayas dont grow. Thank you, really.
What kind of that you using it. I using mopane sticks like that, but not turn to female papaya. Can l using sticks or steels?
Any clean material will do the purpose of stressing the tree. Very very low chance.

Can you do this procedure to an old grown papaya tree? Must try I got one full of flowers. Thanks
It is essentially stressing the tree. Statistically, regardless of the age, very very low chances. Just try it. Share the result, please.

Ok, Thanks for your demonstration!

de kelangan ng hormone treatment
Ingat sa nga tilapia na Luton mo, baka converted to female din yan
