@@elaineblackhurst1509 French is the only language that uses this form of writing. The use of the capital L is different from French speaking country to another. I was surprised to see that here in Belgium the form L'Ours is the custom while in France it's l'Ours.
@@christianwouters6764 I’m now even more confused: this symphony would be L’orso in Italian (lower case ‘o’) and I believe L’ours in French (again lower case ‘o’); English is entirely different as ‘The bear’ is clearly incorrect and looks so, whilst The Bear is how it should be entitled. I found your point about the capitalisation of the definite article - The/Le/La/L’/l’ interesting.
