Why the hell are you not on a sports channel? Jesus dude... Your voice and articulation is beyond so many.
Flem is that Dude..I like him right here on UA-cam, don't need a bunch of suits controlling his content. Its too real and too 💯 for ESPN or Fox Sports.💯
He gives the players too much benefit of the doubt but he's a great storyteller. Flem is definitely that dude.
If he were on a "show" he'd quickly lose his ability to choose what topics he covers and how he covers them. This is exactly where flemlo belongs! To hell with ESPN, fs1 and all the other clown networks out there. They'd just ruin the vibe at the end of the day.

Freedom over control
It’s stories like these that are the reason why I am subscribed to FlemLo 🙌🏼
It’s stories like how William Taft got stuck in the bathtub while he was the President that make him my favorite president.
Holy s*** is that ohio-born 27th president Howard Taft
Facts
Dude the 27th president of the United States of America has 69 subs! 😂
Always with the fire 🔥🔥🔥 been watching since NCAA14 when I was at T-Mobile back in 2017 I always appreciate the content you bring.
Bro flemlo is tooooooo fair. Bro always gives both sides of the argument while also giving his personal thoughts. Too many people these days only think of how things are in their own shoes. Keep the vids comin flemlo 💯
It’s how journalism/reporting should be
Exactly. The mainstream media seems to want to provoke controversy and outrage. Flem demonstrates how one can be totally fair, present all sides, and look how many views! Listen up, mainstream media, we don't need your stinkin' controversy, click bait and gossip passing itself as news. Just tell us a great story.
And that's what makes Flimlo the greatest 🥇
It's different when you're addressing real events, versus rumors - and he'll point it out when it's based on that.
The masses have confused news with punditry due to all the celebrity "journalists" - such as Maddow or Hannity and Carlson, who are paid to present one argument - being so prevalent due to the amount of money made.
Ironically, NPR doesn't have the same incentives for clicks and advertising and their news reflects this by being less unbalanced and more fair.
For real he presents facts and lets you make your own decisions
If it’s a nice car with performance wheels, it coulda been ANYONE. The tires probably weren’t gone because most new cars now have one nut out of the ones that secure the tire that requires a specialty key too remove.
Someone coulda been trying to take his tires, realized they needed the key to remove a nut, and just left it where they stopped.
As a former car salesman, I’ve seen it happen numerous times with sports cars and trucks on our lot that people try to take tires off.
Yeah that's true tho💯
That's what I thought too. Lug nuts can loosen for all kinds of reasons, and it doesn't even have to be all of them to start an initial cascade of problems.
If it were me I'd have just gotten locking lug nuts for my fancy car and forgotten about it.
See.... this is why the comments section can't be dismissed as a dumpster fire. That is such a great and simple explanation for an event that may or may not have even happened.
I really do try to avoid being overly judgmental just because it's the internet but I just can't wrap my mind around the drug dealing accusations. Besides being irrelevant, it makes this dude look extremely vindictive. I mean, it's possible that he was just some hyper-moral, stick-in-the-mud, but to me, that seems like someone essentially trying to "SWAT" a dude and let the cops do his dirty work. The reality is, college athletes do drugs and the way I interpret this is, Caperton was aware that a couple of these teammates used drugs and he was trying to take them down.
Man one time i felt my wheel doing that, my lugs where hand tight. It happens over time of driving, especially if the lugs aren’t torqued to spec.
@@1pushkin761 😆 Truth ✔️💯
He comes off like a guy who has never really had to handle a situation on his own due to his upbringing. So when an incident like this happens he basically panics and starts digging himself into a hole.
He is the kind of punk who calls a dude bitch while slapping him in the face, then gets mad when he faces retaliation.
That's exactly what I was thinking when watching this. I think FlemLo hit it on the head that the paranoia (and maybe the shame of admitting that he might have been wrong to accuse these "players" all along) caused him to start to try to see things that weren't there or were a stretch to begin with. If there were any evidence, I would think it would have been brought in as Caperton sounds like the kind of dude that was looking for any and everything he could to show he wasn't a liar.
The thing that makes this look Caperton look incredibly bad is the fact that the other side of this didn't even seem to think what was going on was warranted or had any believable reasoning behind it. That kind of tells me everything.
Yeah that’s what I was thinking
Yea i think thats big part of it - i think other part is that it is learned behavior from his dad - they sound a lot alike - no matter how much you love or hate ur dad you will usually come out just like him in most aspects
I think FlemLo got it right: dude likely grew up in a pretty non-diverse environment, and as a big kid who was also a good athlete and had money, he probably was never challenged physically or mentally. So when he got to KU and faced guys that were as big/bigger, more aggressive, and came from a different culture he'd only known through media/entertainment, he immediately thought the worst.
Caperton seems like a dude who had everything handed to him his whole life and always was in the same comfortable environment so when he went to college and was around different people with different backgrounds his ignorance and lack of maturity showed and it got him into this mess
He is a scared little boy
Yeah, probably never had a confrontation that didn't involve his parents. Tough to handle when your first grown man stare down is with the homies on Kansas

You buried your lead, Flemlo. The real headline here is:

I dont think the kid thought he was going to the NFL but for 98% of college players, those 4 years of playing on the team are some of the best most memorable moments of their lives. You are wrong if you think otherwise.

The beginning of this video is something that news outlets could learn from. Thanks for the honesty!
I read this story in the news about a couple of weeks ago and didn't see the information you have. You've shed more light on it with your coverage. My two cents: he had some racial stuff on social media, his teammates found out and called him out on it causing the argument. Caperton probably grew up in a bubble and therefore did not have developed social/coping skills, I've seen it before. You called it, he was strong physically but mentally weak. When the KU experience was done his parents, the creators of the bubble, helped him escape a situation he created. He wants to go on to bigger and better things but was traumatized by the experience and can't face up to meaningful challenges. We'll have to wait and see what happens with the lawsuit. The players he had the beef with have yet to be heard from and their statements will weigh heavy.

@@nicholasleach2019 Why?
@@davidminor4213 because, the hot thing to do right now is anytime a minority is involved, is to yell racism. I don't see anything he did as racially driven, the dude is a probably just a shithead, both of them.
Self-entitled? Yup. Enabled by his dad and upbringing? Clearly. Racist? Eh....maybe, but "evidence" in the video is kinda slim (e.g., second-hand reference to him using the N-word on social media). Seems more like this guy was sort of sheltered/coddled in his upbringing by virtue of growing up in an environment where he could basically get anything he wanted. He never learned how to fight his own battles and resolve his own conflicts.

As someone from Kansas and a Kansas Football fan (I know, save your lame ass jokes 🙄). I’ve heard a lot about this on sports talk radio, university message boards, other sites, donors, other season ticket holders and staff. Basically the general consensus is…. It’s complete BS and he’s taking aim at the low hanging fruit that is now Les Miles.
Those same sources also claim Bill Self had no knowledge of paying his players. Like many who are biased they choose to ignore the facts, making them an unreliable source. It’s like getting your political news from trumps Twitter and believing it’s accurate.
@@FirstLast-rd6hw As oppose to the reliable sources of the MSM🐏? Also Im just telling you what I have been hearing in the community. Rich kid who never had to deal with anything on his own...Typical reaction for them to real world problems...
What if someone else was trying to steal his tires because….you know….people. And they weren’t able to finish before he got back and that’s why the nuts were so loose?? 🤔…idk it’s far fetched but possible.
Nah. Be real. If somebody gets into an argument, and soon after all the lugs on a tire are loose on a car that their dad bought them, and it's college, then somebody is definitely trying to mesh up his car.
Not trying to kill him. But really trying to mess up their car.
There's enough stories of knuckleheads in college that if they really wanted to kill somebody, then they really try. And they'd do it in a more efficient way then hoping that something would happen from a tire coming off. Which isn't such a life threatening thing like people think it is from what they see on tv shows.
This is the go to response of how Karens became a thing. An issue with another white person is just an argument. An issue with somebody who isn't white becomes "oh my god, I was in fear for my life. You know how violent they can get!"
From a high school that is 98% white, to being in a locker room for a large college program that largely depends on black players from mid to lower income areas for it to be successful, you can imagine the clash in cultures and mindsets that can happen.
Especially for someone who's dad buys them a new car in college with plates that say "D1 Baller".
@@gregorylagrange He didn't say it was a teammate that tried it. It coulda been anyone that loosened up the nuts. They coulda saw a nice car, and tried to steal the wheels. But with most newer cars there's a Lock on the lugnut that you need a key for to get the wheel off. They didn't have the key so they just left the wheel there as it was with untightened nuts. It's more likely that happened than one of his teammates tried to set him up.
@@rentedguccimink1948 If the car has wheel locks then you can't loosen the nut with the key.
And if you're trying to steal a wheel or even just take it off to change a tire, who is going to loosen all the nuts first, then go back through to each nut and then take it off?
You take a nut off, then go to the next one.
You have a brand new car without a mark on it, have a big blow up with somebody, and then right after that you see that somebody keyed your car, common sense tells you the likely reason how it happened. And it's not going to be that a shopping cart did it. And that's still ignoring that to steal wheels you have to jack the car up to put it on blocks.

My anxiety and paranoia makes me think everyone is on drugs and they all work together to keep it from me. I also don't eat or sleep during these episodes.
Everyone experiences anxiety. It’s not an excuse to not handle your business like a man. Had he approached the situation like an adult, this all probably could’ve been squashed. Anxiety or not it does not explain the complete lack of maturity
