I recently got a Gladiator. I really love the different Jeep videos you have done. Really a ton of good information. I am new to Jeeps, but not new to the 4x4 world. I am glad there are other people that totally nerd out on 4x4s.

Out of curiosity. Why the kmc bead locks over the stock bead lock capable wheels, With the purchase of the actual bead lock rings.
The stock XR wheels have 5.2 inches of backspacing. With that much spacing I found it was allowing the tire to contact the shock body out back during flex and it was grabbing the resi hose in the front. I love that wheel, but I couldn’t make it work with my setup.
How do you feel the extra weight of the 392 affects wheeling? It’s got the power but would the lighter 3.6 be better for wheeling often in your opinion?
You really notice the weight when you are rock crawling. Anything low speed with the front end locked it’s very apparent that there is more weight. I love the power of the 392, but the 3.6l is probably better if you are just going to do more low speed, technical wheeling. It will be lighter and more fuel efficient.
You’ve got a ‘24 392 as well?

Yes. I haven’t done any UA-cam videos on it. I will be doing some content with it soon.

Is the spring issues just for the 2.5?
I bought the 1.5 kit recently
I believe so.
