ikr, I've been wearing low waisted jeans since 2020 and iv'e just recently seen people wear them irl, nowadays every teen and young adult in my area are all wearing low waisted jeans
Hahaha yeah, even in the trendiest or highly populated cities, these trends don’t transfer over. Unless you’re in an art or fashion school lmao. That’s what makes it fun to discuss tho, it’s all stuff you don’t see often.

I wear mainly gothic Lolita and don’t participate in normie fashion at all but I love to watch your content so much and enjoy seeing what people are interested in, some of these I’ve seen in the streets of London, like the apron + pants situation I saw it just yesterday and I love it! If I was wearing more normal fashion I’d definitely hop into that.

If you want a new comfort show, March Comes Like a Lion would be my pick. Idk if it’s my favourite anime ever but _nothing_ has hit me in both meaning and how much it resonates with me. It’s not just pure fluff, but the way the sisters take care of the main character and each other is just so -- it makes me absolutely seize up in how heartwarming it is.
Also love your goldfish aqua blue top, reminds me of those Hong Kong aesthetic images I see on Pinterest. Tempted to get my hands on one. Something about the colour scheme is so 80s cantonese.

In terms of bag accessorizing, yes, I’ve been doing it for a while now but I recently have been decorating my birkin and buying so many little trinkets for it. It makes me so happy!

Me personally..Definitely getting coquette core shoved down my throat from all angles. Lots of bow motifs. Also seeing pink shades and dark cherry reds a lot. SKIRTS, not so much micro minis anymore but midis and maxis mostly. Lots of Bratz core and Carrie Bradshaw-esque fashion like you said. Definitely super 2000s.

oh wow i love a lot of these! interesting to see a reference like that yellow one at 1:42. it reminded me so much of a style a member of xdinary heroes is wearing on their latest album! also skirts/dresses over pants, their guitarist just loves to wear them. similar to aprons, i've seen some sort of lace tail(?) with pants. it looks adorable... will again reference xdinary heroes' latest album styling because it looks pretty cool. it's so fun seeing how trends work all around the world !

transparent tulle skirts and dresses over casual jeans will always have a chokehold over me, trending or not. also in the spirit of pins and bag decorating, I think phone cases are going to go back to super decorated and chunky instead of the mostly functional ones that have been around for a while.
