Thanks - better description of the features and controls than I received on delivery day, I'm almost 3 months in to my '24 A Spec ZDX and really enjoying it. A few notes for prospective buyers: 1. If you get the charging package with the charger and a $500 install credit make sure you get an email with an install code & preferred installers. I did not get such an email and went ahead with my own contractor install (very nice unit by the way) but now in a dispute with Acura & its EV charger 3rd party to get reimbursement. Mine was the first or second vehicle delivered at the dealer so someone dropped the ball. I think they'll work it out with me to avoid bad publicity; 2. It seems that the placement of the backup camera invites a vacuum effect as on rainy days the lens gets all covered with water and is difficult to display a clear back up image on the (nice and large) center touch screen. I'm going to try coating it with a lens cleaner solution that repels water; 3, There is a tremendous amount of light reflection into the windshield from the flat surfaced instrument pod cover. The soft-surface material still has a shine to it - am experimenting with a non-reflective fabric cover (think an elastic shower cap) that can be put on and taken off as the outside light conditions requite. Hope this helps other owners/drivers.
Thanks for the comment and detailed feedback! It’s always great to hear from actual owners here on the channel! What color combo did you go with? Hope you subscribed to come back for more!
Great video. we drove a RWD yesterday, think we'll go for this AWD instead after your video - top notch production values and very complete content. Subscribed!
Wow! Thanks for the nice comment & feedback! Yeah, if the price isn’t an issue, the AWD version is a big step up over the entry RWD trim! Let me know if you pull the trigger and what color combo you end up with! Thanks for subscribing too! 🙌🏾
Thank you so so much for sharing this. I'm so close to purchasing the A spec AWD and after watching several videos, yours really touched on details I hadn't seen yet. Really appreciate your feedback.
Thank you for the nice comment & feedback! Yes, let us know if you finally pull the trigger and buy one! Hopefully you subbed to come back for more! 👍🏾
I have watched a few videos on Acura’s ZDX A-Spec model. Yours was the most detailed of them all. This is truly an incredible vehicle. I am trading up from my 2020 RDX Advanced package to the ZDX A-Spec in the silver/black color. Thank you for the exceptional review!
Wow! Thanks for the nice comment & feedback! You’re going to really enjoy it! Let us know once you pull the trigger on it! Hope you subbed to come back for more!
@@Drive_Culture - I pulled the trigger! I leased the 2024 ZDX in the Silver A-Spec trim! I love it! The power, handling, look, space and technology are awesome! I love it!!!
Nice Job with the Review! Traded in my '22 RDX SH-AWD A-Spec (MSRP ~$48,500) for the this ZDX AWD A-Spec (MSRP $70,450), Snowflake Pearl w/Red. As the MSRPs suggest, there is NO comparison! I very much liked my RDX (also had a 2019), very disappointed that there still is no RDX Type-S, but the ZDX is simply AWESOME!
Wow! Thanks for the nice comment & feedback! Congrats on the ZDX! I really like that color combo too! What’s your favorite thing about the ZDX? Hope you subbed to come back for more!
Thanks for the comment! Well, it’s not the same type of air suspension that comes with the Type S trim! That automatically adjusts and can be changed manually as well! The ride between the two trims is night and day! Hope you subscribe to come back for more!
Thanks for the comment & feedback! Be sure to check out our review on the Type S too! For $5k, you get air suspension, brembo brakes, 22” wheels, +100lb-ft of torque, HUD, surround camera, Hands Free Cruise and Digital Rearview mirror, etc! Seems like a bargain to me! Hope you subbed to come back for more!
@@Drive_CultureThis guy has some insightful comments. I know your affiliation with Acura Jonathan, you probably know a lot of what is coming up. I just wanna say this. You guys have a lot of potential in the hybrid market, everyone is doing it now and you guys would do awesome because you have in the past with your sport hybrid tech especially from the NSX. From economy and sport sedans and SUVs to supercars, everyone is now using the type of technology you guys have used in the past. The demand for that type of technology just wasn’t very profound as it is now, so with all honesty I know if you guys put a really solid product out there now, it would do a lot better than what your products of this type would have done 4-8 years ago. To me, it seems like a perfect opportunity to take what you were good at to the next level. I’d love to see you guys show everyone what you are capable of again in this hybrid dominant era. As I said, I know the NSX is gone but I don’t think it’s time for the sport hybrid tech to go yet either. I hear people crying for hybrids so much these days. Anyways good sharing my statement. Hopefully something along the lines of what I spoke about is happening behind closed doors or hopefully will happen. I also think it will help usher people into fully electric vehicles if the EV era projected does actually come to fruition. Ps. I’d love to see a TLX Type vehicle with the sport hybrid tech that punches M3 power or something haha. How cool would that be 😂 that’s just a dream of mine, but who knows, you guys are sneaky in a good way just like how the integra came back out of no where haha.
I just picked up my Zdx it rides very smooth

Acura really really needs a turbocharged hybrid. Going straight to EV will kill the brand. I truly hope they understand this.
