Agreed with everything you said, except the white rice part... it’s easier for digestion and doesn’t increase GI because we do not it alone, we eat with dal or cooked as pulav etc, which decreases overall GL... and fibre in brown rice can hinder some minerals absorption in the body, did some research on the topic, hence putting it out 🙂
