Yeh mentality, wo mentality, yeh philosophy, wo philosophy bol bol kar ek simple straightforward ladke ko confused aur complicate kar dega bhai. Saket ko simple hi rehne do bhai, yeh saari philosophy me batein zyada karega aur achievement kum.
Keep in mind, when he says 1 or 2 sets, he means after doing couple warm up / feeder sets you are doing the 1 - 2 working set. The working set is the one where you try to go close to failure (or even beyond using drop sets / rest pause). This also depends on the exercise. You don't want to do go to true failure on barbell squat. But you can safely go to failure and beyond on exercises like cable curls / lat pull downs. Don't think the 1 - 2 sets are chill sets.
He is talking about fatigue and he added the word beginner.... Not for the pro like you 🤗
@@AliBaba-iy1vg Beginner can benefit from just focusing technique. No need to worry about failure. The newbie gainz are gonna come regardless. And nahi bhai, I am not a pro. BB at a pro level is a horrible choice for most and opposite of healthy.

Saket is sweet candy talking, like the competitive pro body builders, who say in interviews/podcasts that they do (Total) only 7 sets per body part eg - Chest 3 sets chest press, 2 sets incline and 2 sets double bar dips.
RUBBISH that's for the world those who understand pro body building know that the person spends 3-7 hours daily in the gym depending on his preparation stage. And there is a huge role of steroids. So don't get fooled by the nonsense that 30 minutes of exercise in the gym can give you a pro kind of physique. Work hard, work smart importantly do what suits your body.

It all depends on what your goal is. If your goal is building strength, the 45 min, 1-2 sets per movement crap won't work.
Ask any elite Olympic athlete, how many hours a day they train. So it's all goal dependent.

Stupidest thing I have heard in a long time. The experts not from slumdog country india disagree with you. 2-3 hard sets are more than enough which all the experts with millions of subscribers say vs you, a nobody who thinks otherwise.
You people don't know anything behind their bodies how much they eat how much calorie intake they have and kinds of supplements they use, and saket in his initial days did powerlifting style training, after making a good base he switched to bodybuilding more of the body shaping exercises rather than the strength based compound movements, now he mostly isolates the muscle still due to years of experience he have built strength in his body so he can max out most of the isolation machine and get crazy pump flowing the diet consistently, Still if he doesn't follow the diet he will still look badass in bulk.

@NaitikSoni-t2h 3 years ho gaye hai muje gym krte hue. Consistently with some delaod weeks but I was consistent with my training so I just focused on power rather than full ROM rep for muscle, but now I use ROM also and Also Power days separate days depending how my body is responding to that particular day, if I am strong then I do heavy lifts, but some days due to great amount of fatigue I generated from the previous work out session I prefer low weight but high reps ROM reps to failure to get the pump without actually putting my body to complete rest so that's how I listen to my body not my ego and best way to maintain the consistency.
I can press 45 KG Dumbbells press each hand .
Bench press is of more than 110 KGs.
