if you use your map attacks immedietly then camp in bonezone and aim gaster blasters its pretty good. Yeah if you spam you will lose but camping and waiting for your map attack cd leads for easy wins and free damage. If you distance yourself at 2nd last phase with blaster circle you will have enough space to dodge ranged move easily and spam till you win.
honestly neutral needs that block thing that moves the entire chara team back when you are hit and give him an initial force, even if it has a an hour long cd or something
For some wild reason i was thinking disbelief was the best one since there are 4 phases (2 iffy phases 1 phase which basically grants you the win and a last resort). 1st phase can actually be very good if you abuse blocking, blasters and spinbone. 2nd phase kinda makes sure you take their 1st lives 3rd phase is so op its stupid especially since the remodeled corridor is now narrower. (also the global cooldowns are about a second or 2 early so you can use blaster moves while the giant bone zone is still up).
If you have the clown sans skin and equip it. It has the neutral run as well so if you equip that with the upgrade it shows it as regular pacifist sans boy do they have fun dodging neutrals attacks.
the strongest is obviously 0.001% littletale the ability "Little Bone Throw" shoots only one slow-moving bone but will always deal infinite damage (this damage also bypasses forcefields and extra lives) so id say its good for melee combat since it can destroy an opponent quickly the gaster blasters are very good for area control, having a big blast that stays for very long. the only things i dislike about this ability is its low damage and high cooldown the bone zone is one of the best abilities 0.001 littletale has, with a big radius and low cooldown. it does not deal much damage but it can stack up very quickly as for the bone flight ability, its great for getting around as it goes on for 3 seconds or until you hit a wall. it also leaves small bones in your path that damage the chara team now finally the littletale bone, which is only usable once per phase, but very good as it splits the whole arena in half with the size of the bone onto phase 2 phase 2 littletale 0.001% is more of a survival phase, littletale cannot be damaged in this state and is very fast little bone surround causes 3 circles of 8 bones each to spawn and rapidly speed to where you clicked. they deal only 1 damage and its not that good by itself but it has a very quick reload so you can pressure the chara team into not forgetting the bones little soul control is a BEAST when paired with other abilities. it removes the ability to jump for all charas and lowers their speed when active. this is great with little bone surround as the charas cannot spam jump to avoid it homing little blasters are very good when it comes to damage. it spawns 3 blasters around each chara aiming at them. the blasts combined deal massive damage and are even better with little soul control little blue bone walls is also a good attack if charas are running away. it spawns big bone walls that quickly go across the arena from each side, they deal little damage but they slow charas that are hit by it little spinners is a great attack, having good damage, quick fire rate, and being hard to avoid. it shoots a bone spinner that moves quickly. like bone surround it deals ok damage but it stacks quickly now phase 3 phase 3 littletale 0.001% is instead another attack phase with VERY powerful moves ability "bone" is AMAZING but you can only use it three times in this phase. it spawns a bone where you click that instakills charas, but you cannot spawn it too close to them and they will also disappear after a short time tiny bones is also a great move, lasting for the rest of the phase. it has only one use but spawns bones that move very quickly across the arena. they deal ok damage but once more stack up quickly littletale counter is also good but mostly for melee combat. it gives a short time where you cant move but if you are hit in that time a big explosion is caused that knocks back charas by a lot, and deals great damage little bone swipe is a good move for melee combat since it creates a short-lasting spinning bone where you are. it deals BIG damage however it is a blue bone so stationary charas will not be hurt. the semi-quick cooldown lets you keep charas in place but enough time for them to run away littletale special is a move you get when you are at half hp. it can only be used once but it creates an OMEGA SIZED blaster that instakills. this blasted cannot be aimed and appears in one of the walls of the arena. i recommend using this when you gather all the charas in the middle since the blaster takes a while to fire.

i play him rather diffrently then shown here, i do just enough to keep the charas off of me but i dont spam cause you can still regen, this counters those who just focus on dodging and not attacking you

@@goofuston I would say the 50k exp upgrade on little hyper but that's a skin upgrade and not a character so I think it's definitely lb cuz usually you loose 1 life on phase 1 and in phase 2 your gunna loose alot of hp and then die via his final

with 4 teamates and 2 give up in the first phase and the other one die in the phase 2 I beat neutral with pre nerf horror axe, so probably a good real knife with a golden pan will beat a neutral
Ive seen people say this a lot but tbh neutral is easy to beat. Even pre nerf was super overrated. Tbh most people just are scared of him due to high phase count but just pay more attention to the attacks and dodging instead of attacking and make sure you have some range for the last phase.
last breath's spinblaster carries him so hard we barely get a chance to get used to such a bs blaster circle either your too slow or too fast last breath phase 1 and phase 2 isn't too hard considering how much stamina they use with any move

People there in comments talk that you shouldn't rush them, and i completly disagree. I gonna use the pre genocidal part 2, since meta was much easier back then and not as complex. So, lets say you don't rush. Phase 1: Sans uses bone zone, you dodge, sans uses aimable blasters, you don't attack, sans uses bone zone, sans uses aimable blasters, sans uses boing bone + bone sliders, sans uses bone zone, sans uses aimable blaster, sans stands still almost the entire time to regen stamina 7 times faster then when walking. You die at first phase. (Unless neutral run is complete dummy that doesn't know core game mechanics. Phase 2: the same thing but now sans can camp in slider Phase 3: Not the same thing, possible with no rush Phase 4: Complete death, since phase 4 is glass cannon, its core is huge damage with low stamina. Rushing is necessary. Phase 5: you die by auto aim blasters or you hit sans one time and win. Conclussion: Neutral run is defensive sans, and either has to be sprayed with projectiles or rushed/be attacked often by one of teamates (not all). Now, with post broken promises... Can I just say that new sanses are better. In my opinion, with my usage, Hardtale did better then neutral run, just since with hardtale you have over 4 counter moves (weapon ghost, punch, counter, giant punch, slap, fire grapple ) and you can camp for 8 hits on giant blaster, generally better moveset. Now, when talking about THE best, I think bonewalker is best choice. Since 1st phase has op bone rush camp move and blink, which you just spam and use 40 dmg soul sword sometimes. It normally atleast deals with 1st life. And 2nd phase is very tanky, has big stamina pool, and even though moveset isn't the best, just using launch + hunting assist deals with chara team every time. Altough, I don't know what that "A blessing" of hyperlittledust looks like, if its afterhyperlittledust then probably op, if its outerhyperlittledust, then probably worse then bonewalker.

Idk about dustbelief but I feel like he got cd's increased on some attacks. And new weapons reworks actually counter him a lot when he can't attack bc of cd's.

Hardmode doesn’t do the most damage, but if he gets you down to your second life before the final attack (more than likely to happen) then it’s game over for you once the final attack starts
I swear that i don't understand Neutral Run Sans, like i've never lost against him. Is it because people are just bad at using him or what? Like, today i rushed neutral run sans with the new cleaver rework and it wasen't even a fight. What about maxed nega tale sans? He sets your camera to first person + you can't rotate camera + screen flip and inverted colors,he will kill you almost in instant
TS could corner/wall camp pretty well with his move set, and unlike other campers can use his HP to fend off ranged weapons. It’s pretty boring ass gameplay though.

also phase 4 is op, just start migrating to their spawn in phase 3, immediately use blaster circle in phase 4 to stop them from rushing before you get bone jumps, they stack up in the back, meaning after a while, if they touch it for 1 second, half their hp is either gone or its all KR
also about phase 5, if there are 2+ people who survived, you are pretty much dead, all you can do is spam, hoping you take out one, you get hit, your attacks become weaker and weaker each hit, until your bone jumps are 2 bones long, then, you die.
Neutral isn't even top 5. Most of the time I can solo a neutral. If someone starts next to him on his final phase or has range he's done. The best character is pretty obviously possessed, but if we're not counting robux characters then the best would be red. If we aren't counting reset characters then horrorfell. If we aren't counting event characters then negatale.
I disagreed. His first phases can be countered by a killer knife pocketed by a snow ring if the killer knife can play well and the snow ring can play as reserved as possible and only attack after he has just used one attack. And then the last phase, well, get hit once and you are pretty done for. From experience, deaths in Neutral fight are inevitable as he can occasionally overwhelm you, but losing when you have at least 1 player having actually useful braincells is VERY unlikely. The hardest part, though, is to find players who are actually brave enough to approach him in the last phase if your snow ring goes down. But then, that problem is solved with Dull Knife or any Chara which focus on DPS rather than support like UT Chara.
@@ActuallyBren you might be surprised how annoying it is to actually do that sometimes. Like, the auto-attack mechanic is pretty cool, but when you active my cook ability while I’m not paying attention to it to not die and hurt my entire team because of it is really annoying. If it weren’t for that one achievement thing to heal perfectly 10 times without dieing (while isn’t that hard if you can stall the fight long enough and have kindness pr are good at dodging), I would never use it since it is so hard to use. Good starter weapon, yes. Not so good when you are struggling to even get within range of the enemy (even with integrity).
Uhh mostly bc of platform attack where huge bone wall move across the map cause you to lose half of hp. But tbh disbelief is possible to win with some tricks, just blasters can do some trouble.

most busted character that isn't a event one is horror sans he is very busted and also dustbelief who is freakin 2000 wins is less useful and also don't worry :) dustfell sans has trouble just winning while as waterfall you need to trick down the weakling to just have buffs to actually be able to kill somebody I hope ULC actually rework dust waterfall and dust snowdin and lots of stuff because as if currently most characters are useless and also strongest character is bonewalker because he is too powerful and if you lose as him you literally have skill issue. and also I hate the fact that little sans is impossible to get kills if you don't have at least 1 upgrade you're dead meat as how your dad left ya. and also dustfell or anyway character can be beaten by a couple of drank 5 year olds kids with horror axes
honestly i think bonewalker takes the cake for most op character, its phase 1 already does massive damage then on phase 2 he gets massive health and even more DPS, bonewalker by itself can already defeat pretty much anyone but phase 1 pushes it to be (in my opinion) the best character in the game

LB? Good rushing chara team wins lb too. Just using clever (35 resist, bleed every hit) probably will deal with both phases pretty easily. Especially with 2 others being support (snow ring 100% tp at cutscene). Also, I kinda get what you mean, since neutral is defensive, and since defensive is heavily punished now, its bad

@@skell6134 i almost never beat neutral. it might be difference with how we play or smth, but from my expirence, neutral killed me every time (expect like twice after the nerfs), but i easily solo lb's (they aren't too good in game, but dodging neutral run can stall much longer for time).

personally I think the bonewalker is the strongest character.
You can easily beat bonewalker with high dmg(bone with buffs or gitch stick with luck)

Plus bonewalker can melee plus if one is skilled at close combat and hunt while also using his moves they can destroy outer tridents users.
I've seen many neutral getting destroyed while I never saw a disbelief papyrus loose
ive fought neutral run sans so many times that i can almost beat it without dying once
I've fought my fair share of neutral run players and usually it's pretty easy to beat them if you just focus lol

People there in comments talk that you shouldn't rush them, and i completly disagree. I gonna use the pre genocidal part 2, since meta was much easier back then and not as complex.
So, lets say you don't rush. Phase 1: Sans uses bone zone, you dodge, sans uses aimable blasters, you don't attack, sans uses bone zone, sans uses aimable blasters, sans uses boing bone + bone sliders, sans uses bone zone, sans uses aimable blaster, sans stands still almost the entire time to regen stamina 7 times faster then when walking. You die at first phase. (Unless neutral run is complete dummy that doesn't know core game mechanics.
Phase 2: the same thing but now sans can camp in slider
Phase 3: Not the same thing, possible with no rush
Phase 4: Complete death, since phase 4 is glass cannon, its core is huge damage with low stamina. Rushing is necessary.
Phase 5: you die by auto aim blasters or you hit sans one time and win.
Conclussion: Neutral run is defensive sans, and either has to be sprayed with projectiles or rushed/be attacked often by one of teamates (not all).
Now, with post broken promises... Can I just say that new sanses are better. In my opinion, with my usage, Hardtale did better then neutral run, just since with hardtale you have over 4 counter moves (weapon ghost, punch, counter, giant punch, slap, fire grapple ) and you can camp for 8 hits on giant blaster, generally better moveset.
Now, when talking about THE best, I think bonewalker is best choice. Since 1st phase has op bone rush camp move and blink, which you just spam and use 40 dmg soul sword sometimes. It normally atleast deals with 1st life. And 2nd phase is very tanky, has big stamina pool, and even though moveset isn't the best, just using launch + hunting assist deals with chara team every time.
Altough, I don't know what that "A blessing" of hyperlittledust looks like, if its afterhyperlittledust then probably op, if its outerhyperlittledust, then probably worse then bonewalker.

Hardmode doesn’t do the most damage, but if he gets you down to your second life before the final attack (more than likely to happen) then it’s game over for you once the final attack starts

I swear that i don't understand Neutral Run Sans, like i've never lost against him. Is it because people are just bad at using him or what? Like, today i rushed neutral run sans with the new cleaver rework and it wasen't even a fight. I just died at the last phase because of the arm bleed however i still had my other life to end the fight

TS could corner/wall camp pretty well with his move set, and unlike other campers can use his HP to fend off ranged weapons. It’s pretty boring ass gameplay though.

also as a neutral main I would say he is the easiest to USE but has a sorta lower skill ceiling

honestly a spam playstyle is just dumb in my opinion, play defensively
also phase 4 is op, just start migrating to their spawn in phase 3, immediately use blaster circle in phase 4 to stop them from rushing before you get bone jumps, they stack up in the back, meaning after a while, if they touch it for 1 second, half their hp is either gone or its all KR
also about phase 5, if there are 2+ people who survived, you are pretty much dead, all you can do is spam, hoping you take out one, you get hit, your attacks become weaker and weaker each hit, until your bone jumps are 2 bones long, then, you die.

Neutral isn't even top 5. Most of the time I can solo a neutral. If someone starts next to him on his final phase or has range he's done. The best character is pretty obviously possessed, but if we're not counting robux characters then the best would be red. If we aren't counting reset characters then horrorfell. If we aren't counting event characters then negatale.
I disagreed. His first phases can be countered by a killer knife pocketed by a snow ring if the killer knife can play well and the snow ring can play as reserved as possible and only attack after he has just used one attack. And then the last phase, well, get hit once and you are pretty done for. From experience, deaths in Neutral fight are inevitable as he can occasionally overwhelm you, but losing when you have at least 1 player having actually useful braincells is VERY unlikely. The hardest part, though, is to find players who are actually brave enough to approach him in the last phase if your snow ring goes down. But then, that problem is solved with Dull Knife or any Chara which focus on DPS rather than support like UT Chara.
The new Bonewalker maxed. 3000 hp is definitely a huge pain.

@@ActuallyBren you might be surprised how annoying it is to actually do that sometimes. Like, the auto-attack mechanic is pretty cool, but when you active my cook ability while I’m not paying attention to it to not die and hurt my entire team because of it is really annoying. If it weren’t for that one achievement thing to heal perfectly 10 times without dieing (while isn’t that hard if you can stall the fight long enough and have kindness pr are good at dodging), I would never use it since it is so hard to use. Good starter weapon, yes. Not so good when you are struggling to even get within range of the enemy (even with integrity).
I think Neutral isn't the strongest, The strongest is either 3Dbb [With Bonewalker] or Hardmode Sans.
i'd say disbelief papyrus is the best, with good aim its pretty much impossible to lose (assuming you're maxed of course)
Uhh mostly bc of platform attack where huge bone wall move across the map cause you to lose half of hp. But tbh disbelief is possible to win with some tricks, just blasters can do some trouble.

most busted character that isn't a event one is horror sans he is very busted and also dustbelief who is freakin 2000 wins is less useful and also don't worry :) dustfell sans has trouble just winning while as waterfall you need to trick down the weakling to just have buffs to actually be able to kill somebody I hope ULC actually rework dust waterfall and dust snowdin and lots of stuff because as if currently most characters are useless and also strongest character is bonewalker because he is too powerful and if you lose as him you literally have skill issue. and also I hate the fact that little sans is impossible to get kills if you don't have at least 1 upgrade you're dead meat as how your dad left ya. and also dustfell or anyway character can be beaten by a couple of drank 5 year olds kids with horror axes

honestly i think bonewalker takes the cake for most op character, its phase 1 already does massive damage then on phase 2 he gets massive health and even more DPS, bonewalker by itself can already defeat pretty much anyone but phase 1 pushes it to be (in my opinion) the best character in the game
But if you’re not skilled enough or you just don’t know how to use him

LB? Good rushing chara team wins lb too. Just using clever (35 resist, bleed every hit) probably will deal with both phases pretty easily. Especially with 2 others being support (snow ring 100% tp at cutscene).
Also, I kinda get what you mean, since neutral is defensive, and since defensive is heavily punished now, its bad

@@skell6134 i almost never beat neutral. it might be difference with how we play or smth, but from my expirence, neutral killed me every time (expect like twice after the nerfs), but i easily solo lb's (they aren't too good in game, but dodging neutral run can stall much longer for time).

@@skell6134 auto aim can do some low DMG at times, but I grew completely immune to camera flips.
