I was looking for a video on anchor bolts because I want to install one for a ceiling fan.
What is your suggestion? Should I buy eye bolt with rawlbolt or D hook with pin type bolt for ceiling fan?

D hook would be best choice as it is much easier to install. On the other hand, RAWL eye hook should be use with some Locktite

Blockboard or hollow block?
Blockboard refers to wood. If its wood, use screws of #14 size. You get wall plugs of thickness 10mm in the market.
Fastners won't stay on wood

No issues. It works.... Make sure it stays strong.
Ceiling fan causes vibrations. Eye bolt can start rotaing back. And that is why i suggest pin anchor

Sir pull up bar k liye kis type ka fastener use hoga.. Load around 150 kg tak dalega..
And baad mein asani se agar move karna ho to nikal bhi sake bar ko..
Aapki video mein dekha Thru bolt and Rawal bolt mein kaunsa jyada strong rahega and kitne mm mein..
Concrete wall hai and total 4 bolt lagenge..
And sir M10 Rawal bolt mein, 14 mm bit chalega ya 16 mm.
Pehle deewar kis se bana hai vo dekhna padega. Uska thickness bhi 12" kam se kam hona chahiye.
Thru (wedge) is only for hard material like basalt rocks. Rawl is always a strong one, if wall is full of concrete (not all walls are made of full concrete).
Better use pin anchor only. Safe for any kind of walls.
In general, rawl of 10mm needs 16mm hole. But there are manufacturers who make a slim rawl which needs just 14mm. Please verify.

Depends on the surface you mount it. M12 rawl can hold more than 300kgs if used on pure concrete.
If it is brick, fastner still holds but brick won't
