My guess is if you don't overheat (160 C for unrefined or 230 C for refined peanut oil) for stir/pan frying to avoid smoking then moderate daily consumption is OK. BTW, using oils with higher smoke point for deep frying is recommended.
Remember when I was a child, my grand parents have a little peanut farm, every year I'll go to grandpa's house and help them to pick peanut from farm, and then send them to oil factory directly, oil factory won't charge us for extract the oil, instead they will take the left over after extraction as remuneration. Even today peanut oil is still my favorite.

just keep in mind that most, if not all peanut oil in the supermarket's shelves are solvent extracted(chemicals used to maximize oil extraction), and not pressed extracted like this on the video.
So what? Peanut oil is often extracted with an organic solvent like hexane and then the solvent is boiled or evaporated out. Its not bad for you or unnatural in any way. Solvent just means something it dissolves in, water is a solvent who cares if it is used in cooking?

Doesn't peanut butter require the oil to be there? Otherwise it's peanut dust. Or is there more oil in the nut than needed for peanut butter? Either way, the peanut pulp is useful for something. At the least you could make that dehydrated peanut butter stuff.

The gallon at the grocery store is heavily refined. That bottle was made with roasted nuts and was cold pressed like how they do with extra virgin olive oil. The "fancy bottle" would actually taste of peanuts.

BUT it would have been nice also to show what are you doing with the shells/husks from the peanuts. and the -nutcake- after the cold pressing. no follow up with steam or solvents to get more, and a cheaper variety, of oil ? and what indeed are you doing with the - leftover - peanut cake after pressing? animal feed?

@@uweinhamburg I was thinking that actually, the amount of oil that was left in in that pan looked to be at least 4 bottles. Definitely not average peanut oil.

Thats good oil and we in the USA don't realize how fortunate we are sometimes. I can buy a gallon of peanut oil at Walmart for $16. Oil like that is much more expensive

Подтяжка цветов. Делов один ползунок подтянуть. Вы ещё поудивляйтесь фоткам столиц. Какая там везде красотища)) Фотаешь в солнечный день, и вытягиваешь цвет. Чтобы палитра не была ядовтой можно очень грубыми мазками подрабатывать участки фото, скорректировать оттенок неба или травы раскидываешь участки на слои и можно крутить регулировать отдельно. Всё это делается профессионалом секунды за полторы. Ну может за 1.7 )))

Более того в видео опорные точки можно расставлять, и строить по ним модификацию видоса, например голову зомби человеку прикрутить так что она будет двигаться как оригинальная. Можно по фону расставить и туда приделывать всякое. Например в тонеле или на дороге взять плакаты повесить, на стене окно нарисовать итп. И всё это будет перемещаться адекватно.
