You didn't once use the mechanic of drawings enemies in so you could leave them behind as you jet off on pieces further away that was shown off in the reveal trailer for this game. The ability and occasional inability to do that is basically the whole thing which makes this different from the 80 thousand other roguelites out there.

This. Roguelikes and procedural generation can't hold a candle to handcrafted worlds that let you play with or without ironman memes.
