      You may think that celibacy and Chastity and the purity of the heart and thought might kill you but it will not. It will make you the best possible version of yourself. And never think that it is too late. Never think that you are too old or had too many sexual relationships and cannot become celibate and Chaste now. That is the greatest trick of the devil. Never ever back off from celibacy and Chastity -keep trying keep praying and keep praying and keep crying to God to give you the strength and the power and the ability to stay celibate and chaste no matter how old you are and no matter how many relationships you had.
      You may think it is useless for you to become celibate and chaste now. But your life will and definitely will change. Your life might take the better turn, you may become a saint you may became the most honoured person in the world. You may find true friendship and true love and Chastity and celibacy. You may find honour and fulfilment and contentment of the heart and most importantly if you are depressed you will certainly and most certainly will find every happiness and every contentment in celibacy and chastity. Every single depressed person found the cure to depression the moment they decided to become chaste and celibate. Within 5 years not a single person stays depressed any longer. And only those who suffer from depression will know the maddening pain that depressed people feel and how it eats their soul away. And that answer to the cure of depression is celibacy and chastity.
      You may think that it is too late and continue on the path of relationships. And then you will see yourself becoming weaker and more pathetic and dependent on another human being. You will find yourself falling in love with this woman or that man. You will become insane for human beings because inside you will be disgusted of yourself and will be hating yourself. And then you may One Day end up becoming a stalker. And then you will find yourself destroying any rival who comes near your beloved. You may end up becoming a monster a killer who kills his rival to keep a woman or a man with himself. You may end up destroying an entire religion because that religion looks down upon your sexuality. You may end up murdering millions of people of that religion because that religious people does not support your sexual views. You may find yourself framing and humiliating an entire religion because you feel offended by their thousands of years old laws. You may end up destroying an entire country because the man who stole a woman's love from you belongs to that country. You may end up in the next 10 years becoming the worst possible monster in the universe. If you continue on the path of relationships. Because relationships will make you depressed and weak, and that depression will eat your soul away and destroy your mind and your heart and will make you completely mentally emotionally and physically dependent on another human being for every minute of survival. And that dependency on that human will be the cause of every evil action in the world.
      For every single sin that you do and every person that you hurt, your children and your family members will suffer for generations because of that generational curse that the victims of your murder and your warfare is giving. Whether after your death or not your family will never ever be freed from that curse. And generation after generation they will be faced with utter suffering and humiliation because of this one act of evilness that you are doing today.
      Trust me you will not die if you stay celibate. I promise you- you will not die you will not be murdered you will not be tortured you will not starve and you will not be imprisoned and you will not be fed to the lions like the saints of Christianity who were fed to the Lions by pagans and pagan Rome. None of those things will happen to you should you choose celibacy and Chastity and honour over relationships and dependency and dishonour.

    Been doing these plus other exercises 3 x week with bands and at week 4 started seeing subtle changes in tone and shape, consistency is key, you may skip one day but not a whole week.🌹👍

      ​@@rain.space.no es una mentira se necesita peso buena proteína etc el músculo se activa pero no es suficiente para hacer crecer es necesario peso 🤦🏼‍♀️ el músculo tiende a acostumbrase y ya y no va a crecer al no ser q le generes sensación diferente osea carga y otros ejercicios diferentes

      No. Im absolutely sure she works out in a gym by lifting. WEIGHTS! This is just a misleading video, dunno the fkin reason. You dont make real muscles by lifting your legs😂😂😂

      @@zsuzsagerencser437if you put ankle weights on, you most certainly can. Although beginners usually need to start without weights to get used to the motion of the exercise first

    I have done this for 1-2 times in day for 4 days straight. I started noticing that my butt started getting more rounder and jigglier. if you do plan on doing this, do it correctly. If your butt starts burning mid way during the lesson, its working. You should also be sweating a little bit. I will do this for a month straight and tell you if it works or not.

      @@izabelalis0202 it started getting more rounder. Since I also have some fat on my butt, it's more jigglier. I've done it during the afternoon and night. Along with eating a good amount of protein. And yes, the protein does go to your butt, but that's only when you do work out. Because when you work out, your muscle tears (in a good way) and the body puts more muscle than usual to repair it. So yes, I would recommend doing this if you want a bigger butt. Along with walking (on treadmill or outside) for 15-25 mins.

    This only works if you're rail thin everywhere else and don't build muscle easily. Otherwise....you're going to end up with massive hamstrings and all in all a big thick thigh.
