You my hero! lol....Does it actually flow 8gmp through the surface cleaner? I bought a 28" hydro tech...came with 2 2.0 tips...it worked...sorta ok...got to checking...my unloader/ regulator was bypassing almost half the water...took it apart...the fitting into the head was a little less than 5/15...pos...my rig came with a beat 30"'' surface cleaner...took it all apart and copied it using fiberglass and a new head...from something called big guy...it's like half inch all the way through...made a 4 port spray bar with 4 2.0 tips.....it cleans as fast as yours...except for it does it 30"' at a time without the need for overlap
You need to put a bypass line for when you're not working so the water goes back into the buffer tank. this way you can run with the ball valve closed. I subscribed and hit your bell. Hit me up brother. Get after it.
Hi I have a setup just like that I get it recently can you tell me what size tip are you using on the surface cleaner also my surface cleaner has four blades what size tip can I use to get maximum water flow?
Are you also hooked up to the customers water? And if so, where does it run to? I'm confused because if that's putting out 8gpm just from your tank wouldn't it run out of water really fast?
Tank is constantly being filled by customer water, regular residential hoses usually cant supply eight GPM, so what you do is have a tank that you pull from that already has water in it that is constantly being supplied by customer water and it will eventually run out but you just got to give it a minute to refill and then go back at it again.
So think of it as the tank on the trailer is being filled at a rate of probably like five GPM or however much the hose can supply. And the machine is well, obviously using eight GPM. So if they constantly ran for like an hour they would run out of water in the tank and they would have to wait for it to fill up again before they could use the machine.
Hi....anybody in amerika cleans mossy driveways with that f surface cleaner? Becose it seams all of u doing just the easy flat concrete surfaces which is not big job...show us heavy dirt cleaning..thank u
@@BigHomie030 no worries man. 8 gpm is king for efficiency if you can support to flow rate. Everyone wants a 8 gpm machine but backs out of the price of those things. And you need a big ol tank
Why... im trying to start my own business.. do i need 8gpm or 5gpm or 4gpm any advice? I most likely be doing just residentials , not huge jobs but i be putting alot of hours
I have the same setup went off of your build works great
Nice machine. Looking at getting one to use jetting drains.

Great trailor and pressure washer! Is that a diesel engine ?
Is the quad nozzle something that was added or can it be bought that way
How did you get 4 tips on surface cleaner??. I have a MiTM surface cleaner can I put for tips on mine it's a 20in. Cleaner
hey I would have needed a quick coupling to the high pressure hose you can tell me where I can get it
please write back to me
Just lowering the RPM and leaving the ball valve wide open was a lesson!!! 🧠
Would a 55 gallon tank be enogh to feed that machine?
so you can never come off the trigger or close the ball valve when its revved up??
Some set-up 👍
What can a surface cleaner do u use ..?

Just make sure there’s some oil on that dip stick 😂😂
What size trailer are you using 6x10 single axle or larger size
Get a double axle. Water is 8.33 pounds per gallon. Multiply that by 275 and a full tank is 2300 pounds. Big once. Cry once
But they come standard with a single axle

I shut mine off every time with pressure in the line.. never had an issue.
i was wondering the same, i just ordered one of those engines 3k psi 8 gpm
What size surface cleaner is that?
Looks like a be whirlaway
Mark with under pressure power wash
You need a bigger surface cleaner
Did you buy the machine from studdering bob in Ohio? Lol he sells all the big ones like that . I got the same machine . Love it
We sell the machines

You dont need 8gpm to clean concrete. It’s nice but not necessary.
That’s like saying you don’t need 400 horses to drive a car lol
@@BigHomie030 why stop a 400?
