- He all. A local retail store in the midwest has recently been putting most of there games on clearance. They seem to be whittling down their gaming section when it comes to physical games. The store is called Meijer. It's a regional store only found in like 5-6 states. It's very similar to Walmart everywhere else. I was shocked at how cheap they were selling games off for. Join me as I hunt for the best video game deals in town. I hope you enjoy the video, and if you live in the midwest, hope you found some good deals too!!!
Awesome deals. I didn’t know about Meijer thanks for sharing 😁👍🏼👍🏼
The switch games for under $20 was a crazy good deal. I wish we had Meijer in California lol
The only bummer about these deals is that it seems like it’s making the video game section of Meijer get smaller and smaller. They used to have huge glass cases just like Walmart that spans the entire electronic section, and now they’re down to one small rack.
I am in Michigan and have 3 Meijer locations from me just a few miles either direction that are close. I do go through there once and a while but never see them on Discount! Thanks for the Tip!
Been awesome having you back to posting regularly!
Great stuff Cincy and thanks for sharing your video games pickup and I appreciate it you so much thanks again & let’s keep retro gaming Alive & togetherness and stay playing retro gaming always 🙏🙏❤️👊🎮❤️🔥❤️🔥
I’m new bro love your gaming hunting videos keep it up bro😁👍🏼
Good 👍There are enough frauds on used product sales sites. People selling old video games at an unnecessarily high price, believing, just because it's old, that it's worth gold.
Wow you cleaned up! Awesome pickups at amazing prices.
Cool Pickups - too bad Meier is way way out in the Chicago suburbs!! But maybe I’ll go this weekend…..😀😀😀
They will probably be picked pretty dry by now. I shot this back in early June. I posted about it on Instagram and Twitter when it first popped up. Did a community post on here I think as well. But hey, you never know...
I got so excited when I saw your video and thought it was the gamestop one it wasn't
Yeah, I was having some technical issues last night trying to record that one so I decided to switch gears. It’ll probably be a week or two.

Good stuff man looking for the next one game on 😊😊😊😊
90% off you can't get any better than that Cincy amazing pickup's my man 👍
Great video bro!
I got some games from the colerain Meijer in Cincinnati. I am pretty sure they are purging their game stock either getting out of that market or making way for newer stuff.
The section definitely is shrinking. They have consolidated all console games into one small rack in most stores. No more having a section for each of them...
My local Target is having a wild game sale rn. I picked up Tales of Symphona for $20, Fifa 23 for $8, and It Takes Two for $8. All for the Switch. Meijers seems like such a hidden gem lol.
Yeah Target seems like they’re having a crazy amount of deals this week with the Target Circle week going on
@CincyGameHunting I saw your tweet about sending you pics of retro games we find at local gamestops too! Hopefully Tuesday I'll have some luck 🙃
Great finds brother I am jealous because you found a Pokémon game for less 20 bucks awesome score
and that’s not the first Pokémon games that I have found at Meijer for cheap. They had copies of sword and shield with the expansion pass included for like $26 a year or so ago.
@@CincyGameHunting awesome yeah I think I remember that video
@@CincyGameHunting if you find another Pokémon game can you able to mail one game to fort hood Texas ?
great video.... minus the fact you are w Knights fan 😂😊
Awsome pickups
Great video 😊
That's cheaper than my local goodwill is charging for games recently
I wish they ahd that store here, you are always lucky, anytime is ee these never get any games they already sold or there none. I been wanting cheap switch agmes btu never find any and even when i see used one they are never there.
I’ve been having a lot of luck lately with pawn shops, finding switch games for cheap
I actually really enjoyed Godfall personally lol. Wasnt the best game ever, but I liked it.
Where was clearance sale at meijer on those playstation 5 video games I have missed out man
Cincy Back In Action
Glad Vegas Won! Congrats… panthers beat out my leafs so glad they lost
I’ve been spoiled in hockey, the last 20 years, with the Hawks winning 3 cups, and the knights now winning one
I would have grabbed them all to flip for more games.
Unfortunately, I suspect Meijer is getting out of selling Xbox and Playstation and going Switch only; my local one has even went so far as to remove the case they were keeping the PS5s (that was empty for two years) entirely.
After most of the clearance games had come off the shelves I have noticed that a lot of the video game sections have been shrunk down to one small rack that has all the switch games and a few select brand new Xbox and PlayStation games. I think they’re only going to supply the most recent most popular games.
i wanted links awakening bad for the switch, i asked someone if they had anymore copies in the back, she looked but nada..think it was marked to $20 or cheaper
The funny thing is that is one that I have seen GameStop accidentally marked down to below $20 on multiple occasions. Usually just a glitch but they usually do ship them out. I had bought one for my son for Christmas one year but I figured for $18 I’ll grab my own copy.
@@CincyGameHunting aight ill keep looking, not that i have time to play it but still would like to have it
What days did you go to meijer?
It was either late May or early June.
Great finds...always better to wait, but these are ridiculous markdowns...Playstation Plus and Gamepass effects the prices of games now, but great time for physical collectors(for now)...all digital future coming soon
Yep, the shelves are looking pretty bare at most stores. But I enjoy having physical copies of games. That way if I finish a game or I find that a game is not that good I can still trade it in for almost what I paid for it or sometimes even more
Until companies realize lowering sales when people don’t bother with downloading with poor internet speeds
Redbull 4 packs in the game section haha
My Meijer does that too 😂
It’s pretty much the same way at most of the Meijers that I’ve been to. #GamerFuel.
I just hate seeing those empty shelves. Companies are pushing digital as the way to buy and throwing physical out the window. I love collecting physical games, and I don't like the direction they are heading.
Yeah, the video game section inside Meijer is pretty depressing now…
Digital games/movies, electric cars, and virtual money (no cash) might be the future.
I promise myself not two buy games for 2 months nooooo I saved 400$ 😊
You could play Madden 22/ 2k22 and get the same experience. I juts don't agree with paying $70 dollars for a roster update
You have to be careful with NBA though as they shut servers off after 18 months or so for each NBA game.
Yep, that’s why I always wait for the season to and then I can usually find it for under $10
