Oof. Using your brain to get your turn back? Gotta be conscious for that to happen. Then again, maybe not. I can see this vid being a tough pill to swallow for some players so it’s good you didn’t have this first or it might’ve turned some players off to the whole series. My only critique is that it could be slightly confusing for some players seeing the Absolver+ frame data(light side kick +6 on block) and then switching to the vanilla data in your cleaver>sidekick explanation. A lil indicator of which version of the game you’re goin off would help less knowledgeable players know for sure what they’re lookin at.
I feel stupid for not understanding any of this despite rewinding 😢 zugzug wants to smash zugzug no knows mathz. But really, this 6 minute video has turned into a 20 minute one rewinding haha thank you for the video ❤❤❤
I think it was a good idea you made this way after the other episodes as its one of the harder things for starters to follow, great video though👍

Very nice touch into deck building! Personally I think blocking as the first video is definitely more important than anything else.

Yeah I think I was bouncing between plus and vanilla but the ultimate lesson is basically “DO MATH” so they would have to look at frame data anyways 😅

Do guard breaks incur extra frame advantage? It feels like they do, but I'm not sure.
Guard Breaks have a "flat" amount of Advantage, usually about 32/31 Frames. So the common "optimal" punish is something like 12f -> 20f -> 12f.
Whats Absolver+ btw? 😅
Absolver plus is a competitive rebalancing of absolver for PC tournaments! I have videos about it on this channel too 🙂
