The kvd ink liner I just bought and the very end of the tip is completely dry. Once you get it on, it absolutely stay all day but my application was messy, time consuming, and just over all uneven. I checked reviews and more people dislike it than liked it. Although I will say it would probably be good for a thicker line like you have. It looks amazing on you.

But... the tip of the felt is constantly dry making an even line or a cat eye impossible. I'd suggest putting water on your hand and letting the tip absorb the water before every application.
With these eyeliners? I think they're only supposed to go on the skin. But for the pencil eyeliners for tightline and waterline I recommend Holika Holika, ELF and Fenty 😊

Surprisingly, Careline eyeliner works on normal days. I bought it to practice doing the Twiggy eyemake up and I wont do that with my Kpalette haha
