I worked for the as a StaffSenior Makeup Artist for the largest broadcast television network(CTV) in Canada for 30 years and then moved to LA where I have been doing primarily films and Digital.
@@sarahhoward5884I had this problem and all I can say is blend, blend BLEND lol blend the edges and the colors so it'll look like it's melted into one another for a more seamless look

I have worn Ardell flair lashes for at leave 40 years but in the last year or so I just got too shaky to be able to apply them anymore. I use this trick all the time. I use a blow dryer and it works like a charm. This is the only way that that you can apply lashes and they stay on all day long. Thank you so much for this little trick

Thank you for an amazing eyelash presentation. I went from magnetic to eye lash extensions. Eye lash extensions are expensive to maintain and i was disappointed how many lashes you lose in between treatments. Also the glue burns sometimes when you close your eyes to sleep and wake up. So i'm back to false lashes and will try your brands and techniques. Thank you for your patience in explaining your technique :)
Thx for that advice! The expensive extensions break off my lashes, and fills have to be done too often- until too many lashes have broken off. Then I’m left with almost no lashes for a few weeks until new growth! So I’m turning back to falsies. You give fab advice and instructions! I can’t get strips on correctly so I use the 3 lash ‘per strip’ sets that are applied one after the other. I’ll try strips again! And try your way of applying them, thx!

This video is prefect and so helpful!! The only thing I do differently, is instead of scissors to cut the ends, I use nail clippers. It seems more precise for me.

Oh my goodnessssss...the hair dryer 'secret trick' worked unbelievably!! I have that exact black eyelash glue that was a hot mess for me the first time I used it. Threw it in the bottom of my makeup case figuring I would never use it again. Whelp...thanks to this awesome tutorial I gave it a try and got my lashes perfect in ONE TRY!!!! Great video. I was told to cut from the inner portion of the lash in order to maintain the style of the lash. Also I just let the lash get tacky by applying the glue on the first lash and let it dry while I'm putting the glue on the 2nd lash. No need for a heater or blow dryer

Use a lash curler to curler to curl them down first! So apply some mascara and then do it while it’s tacky

I have watched a ton of these videos and you are truly the best and most professional of all I have watched. As an older woman I have never been successful with false eyelashes. I will be getting the black glue even though I am Caucasian because if it shows it will appear to be eyeliner rather than white glue. Again thanks and God's blessings to you.
