    Not sure what fuel was being used but when I cook wings using a Kettle Kone, they are more than cooked at the 30 minute mark. Usually hitting 80c internally. If I want them super crunchy, I'll push that to 45 minutes. Can you find out for me what fuel was used? Cheers lads, keep the content coming.
