It would seem that this conflict started when Jewish settlers who had been welcomed to the country by the Palestinians stole their land and put them in a concentration camp 75 years ago. Sometimes our children understand the truth better than we do. Historically I supported Israel but when the lesson they learned from the Holocaust was it is better to be the persecutor than the persecutee something has to change for them to regain my support.

The issue is not only about the Palestinians, but also the Arabs' concern about the eligibility of the land to its original Jewish owners, which opens the door to eligibility for other areas by its owners, indigenous people throughout the region, and requires them to rewrite the history of the region in its proper form.
