Buenos días, os he descubierto recientemente, sigo vuestros vídeos en inglés (me sirven también para practicar el idioma, ya que soy española), aunque también los sigo en alemán(de momento, no entiendo nada), me parecen geniales, la forma en cómo explicas, realizas y compones los vídeos. Siempre he sabido que me faltaba algo cuando hacía pilates y yoga, precisamente era calentar las fascias para que no exista dolor. Gracias.
