This is a great video Adam. That's how I decided to move to Sarasota > I googled every place in Florida and Sarasota was the best fit for me. I love the place.

We're in Utah, hate the cold, total beach people and wanting to relocate. My hubbys work has an office in Tampa but we don't want to live right in Tampa. He's in construction so his commute will probably be all over. We also have 3 kids in school so that is a very important factor for us with finding great schools and neighborhood. We definitely need to take a trip to Sarasota.

My brother has lived in the US for 30 years.. and has told me a million times I, and most candians, have no idea how much better it is in ,any other countries. We all blindly believe we live in the best country in the world when the fast is, it is far from it.. especially now, now its awful. Its a woke hellhole with no soul in the cities now.. people can barely afford to pay rent, need to have roommates galore just so they can have a place to live. No money left over for anything else. The weather here... ugh... when I realize that 8 months of the year its crappy outside. Im moving to Dallas where my brother is.. i can not effing wait. 4 more years here then I retire a little early and im leaving this oppressive, restrictive censorious communist dump.

I lived in Ontario since 1975. Long time British born , Canadian. Great place amazing in every aspect. I had 3 daughters born here making them 2nd gen. However, I am exhausted with trying to keep the expenses going and pleasing our Doug Ford government. Trudeau loves to bring in more immigrants however, only from South Asian. No where else. Why? Isn't Canada built on diversity? Why make this country into a second India? It doesn't make sense. The customer service and many brand name businesses are depleting due to the negative attitude of such folks. If they want people to come in why not train them how to be courteous and or friendly? Just like Canadians are supposed to. I plan on leaving soon just making some business moves and then I fly away to a warm part of the US.

i dont think its about india or other countries. Justin Trudeau is letting the gates open and the residents/citizens are paying for it. How is a young family supposed to put a down payment of 150-250k on a house in the suburbs!

Spend a summer in FL before deciding. It's easy to sugar coat the warm weather and sandy sunny beach idea in the middle of February up north but it is not so appealing after about the 100th straight day of 92 degree heat in the summer. That's why people snow bird.

@@bellamitchell9483 if you have to stay inside about 9 months out of the year because it is to hot it will take your breath away. Believe me, it is no fun. Knowing after living in FL 21 years. You cannot even open a window to let some fresh air inside. The older you get the more the constant heat and humidity gets to you. 25 years ago, I would have not believed I ever would say this.

@@berlinbeachkat4878 I live in Canada, and its the same for us but opposite! Humans evolved in Africa, so I think we can handle warm weather better than cold 😂
