Thanks Adam 🏖 I agree that a retirement town should be built around leisure and social activities, not based on hustle and bustle of large corporations and downtowns.
My husband and I are thinking about retiring in Florida, looked at Solivita last summer, loved the property, but nothing to do outside the gates. Is there any 55+ single family homes in the #350K around Sarasota? I try googling 55+ communities but basically get mobile home parks.
Really like the smaller town feel of Venice and bit less crowded beaches:) Do you think there is much of a temperature difference in Sarasota vs Marco?
