I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.
I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my portfolio for retirement. I'm seeking to invest $200K across markets but don't know where to start.

3 months after the FED is DONE LOWERING rates DCA monthly into VOO SCHD QQQ. As inflation rises they will go up in value , when teh FED again says inflation is to high sell them off and put them in VMFXX govt bond mutual fund paying 5% , sell before the FED raise rates and VOO SCHD QQQ loose value , lock in the money they made by selling and put it in VMFXX money market. The FED will raise rates to force inflation back down to 2% , all stocks with debt will drop in value and will lay off employees, a hand full will not be effected by fed rate increases dueo t zero debt: . face book amazon nvida microsoft , some utility stocks etc, these are the compnaies you wnat to be working for as they wont lay off during rate hikes. Yo ucant time the markest but your can time the FED rate hikes, know where inflation is at all times. Inflation is being casued by corp greed , they are charging insane prices for food etc becuae they know people have ot have it, millions of ilegal aliens are gettin food stamps welfare they have nothing and will pay the hire prices , this is the cause of inflation .

Of course we all love to invest just money left on the monthly basis is not possible . Pretty scary time when no one have any money to spend on things they love n likes . That is why all the business is going out bc no one can buy their products

Nifty fifty was bad investment not because they turned out to be destructable, but because the valuation was too high, P/E of above 100 without the respectable growth, but if you have invested back in the day, you would still beat the market today, because the companies were actually good, but under those valuation it required too much time to beat the market.

I stopped listening to multi billionaires on how to invest simply because I don’t have tens of millions of dollars to deploy into an asset class.
You can still follow the principles with less money. In fact, having less money to invest is an advantage as you can look at smaller opportunities that wouldn’t be available to Buffett
@@InvestorCenter Having less money is never an advantage lol. Just because I have to pay more attention to minimizing downside risk doesn’t mean I’m at an advantage. Buffet’s 500k position into a small cap beats my 1000$ position into a micro cap 100/100 times. Money wins in this market. It’ll always be that way. If I get to a point where I can deploy tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars at a time then I’ll catch up.
