These Lyrics are ring home even louder than ever before then right.. Now..keep spitting the truth Akala. Love your work and energy... I will find "my"something to die for... So I can live . Time for a new fire 🔥in the booth man 😊
Fight the system with intelligence not with blindness. Love for Akala.
maybe the wise man has nothing to prove, but those that nothing have nothing to lose, more things we dont need will make more thieves, more laws we dont heed its all siamese! so beautifull said ! ignorance breeds prejudice and knowlegde brings understanding !
Knowlegde is power! 1 people 1 planet!
Fuckin tune! Dont think ive ever come accross a song of Akala's I didnt like! How does he keep getting better? Years ago his lyrics were sick an hes still improving how is it possible!
Cody Dewey amazing what happens when you're not a sell out!
+Eric W. you think he's sold out?
No way - I'm talking about how many rappers have a tendency to release albums that don't live up to the hype of their earlier albums. Great artists like Akala continue to top themselves.
I love the Message!
que temazo!! saludos desde España
complete akala's knowledge of power
existence is acceptance
Sickkkkkkk song
MUCH LOVE & RESPECT AKALA... PEACEEEEE
Incredible tune
Knowledge is Power!
Easily one of the best rap songs ever.
Toussaint L'ouverture and Jean-Jacques Dessalines, heroes of the Haitian Revolution
This album is one of the most interesting and stimulating things ever my mind has been elevated thanks Akala :) intelligence is resistance!
Pure Akala genius-ness!
Great song :D
AHHHHHHHHHH!!!
BIG UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm here after watching Speech at Oxford 🇫🇯🇫🇯
Going to see him on thursday. I swear if he doesnt play this im gonna climb on stage and yell at him.
Well, did he play it?!
@@callumcomrie Yep. I was sorta disapointed.
Fiire
AKALA SAID IT AND I SAID SAID IT.
79 people have summin to die for...
Wow
My favourite on the album. Anyone know who did the older man vocals?
On the second part of the hook, he says Lamumba, not Toussaint.
this is akalas channes
+domenic coolguy but u r right so idk
+Matt Harrison (Tulpa) I also noticed in Banquet of Thieves where he says something like 'at the devils behest' the lyrics say 'at the devils request'. I mean, they basically mean the same thing but still. I assumed maybe the lyrics were simply copied and pasted from a site or maybe he had original lyrics which he changed slightly, like the recorded version of Absolute Power vs the Fire In The Booth version..
people don't rebel the rebels are the tyrants.
Who Said It?
supirsed he was interviewd on dj vlad
n dont forget makaveli said it
Too right he said it!!
Sounds like mongrel to on the hook to me .forgot about him he's sick .
Can't believe akala actually managed to get even better .if he doesn't go down as 1 of the greatest ever it will be sad I know there's lots of rappers doing conscious tracks but non of them have the polished feel of his and his samples are so eclectic plus the live musicians I try not to be a fan boy but I can't help myself whith akala.we wer born on the same day and he's never sead a line I don't believe myself.
Before I read the lyrics, I thought he said "Usain said it."
Akala... the second coming of Jesus Christ!
