They've grown into Big Boys. Love the no bit. I remember as a kid taking my riding instructors horse Cheetah. I was 16 years old. My friend and I rode her horse and I road Cheetah from 5 miles out in the country to the Fairgrounds for County fair week. Cheetah was an old world Quarter horse. He did everything. Voice cue. Leg cue. Neck rein . English. Trail. He would follow you like a puppy when you threw the reins over his neck even crossing his front legs. I slept in his stall through the week. And every morning when I woke up his back was to me. How he never crushed me I don't know. Being young is sometimes not too smart. But one day I saw a side to him that was crazy . I was leading him past an old barn and I swear a ball of snakes came out of that barn across about 15 feet in front of yard. Cheetah reared. Pulling my hand off his halter and ran into that pile of snakes like a dozer. He was tramping kicking and making a sound I can only compare to as rage. I climbed a tree. After a few minutes he trotted to the gate and waited. Huffing. It was unreal. And the only time I ever feared him. For about 15 minutes.😂❤. He had to weigh about 1200 lbs. He was blocky. Have you ever had a horse react to snakes that way. Literally murdering them.? Any way he was one that you could ride without a bit or even a halter. As long as no snakes.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT that you all train and ride bit less. I have always, always thought it a harsh method for training. Always ensuring that the horse I had neck and leg communicated. I’ve seen horses whose moth was raw - grrrrr , animal abuse and a trainer /rider who doesn’t/ didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t care.
Ranger is a handsome young stud ❤
Hard to believe he's being ridden. Time flies!
Absolutely AMAZING video!! 🏇💗
Bitless - love it!
Ranger on the Range❤❤
Ranger, such a handsome young horse now!

@@user-wj1fe4xo4s He was Truly an Incredible Beast. Some people at shows laughed at his size. But when he performed. They shut up. Lol. Take care.

New around here - but looking through your videos - youve had Ranger since a foal?
Yes he was rescued off the range.
Nothing! Absolutely nothing …. feels like a gallop on a good horse especially bareback!
