The tall white guy (idk his name) is hands down the best sparrer in these vids, he never gets angry and always matches his opponents level which is what was not happening in the first round
@@SandaBoxing Lmao. I can't imagine being such a loser that you have "gym enemies" that you need to seek vengeance on because you're both clowns that spar super hard but then get upset when you get hurt, lmao. If you're tough enough to spar like this then you're tough enough to not be a bitch about it.
Woohoo! You're back 🔥 I watch this to hype myself up before sparring. Great energy, lovely control and technique displayed throughout. Haider's hooks look mean AF 🤣 Thanks for filming 🥊
First clip was a hard watch. If you know you have the better of your team mate - slow it down and go at their speed. Hate to point fingers and say gym bully - but he'd have to have a bloody good reason for that imo
It's beautiful to watch. These spars are better than some fights in tv. Big respect to all of these guys, especially to the guy who didn't give up and was keep getting up!
Started Muay Thai in Feb. Watched alot of these videos got moved into the advanced classes, and now doing sparring. Help me learn and also help me show my training partner things. Awesome channel
I feel for the tall guy in the all black clothes. It is the worst when your legs are getting chopped up and your opponent just keep hammering you again and again.
No reading or nothing just shots for shots. Most fighters careers are all in the gym. They ain’t using their brains just toughness and grit. Balance in my opinion
@@strengthandpower101 there is about 5 other things you can and need to do before you sit back and shell up like that, maybe move and counter for one...
The first pair should have been stopped…. CT incoming with that many blows to the head. The non-shirt one should have taken care better of his partner!
These are all very skilled guys clearly but come on now some of this is ridiculous. Just seems like they’re actively trying to concuss or injure eachother, some guys clearly more experienced then others and tryna seriously hurt them. The guy at 20 mins who nearly stopped his less experienced partner with low kicks that he will take at least two weeks to recover from, you’ve proved your point he doesn’t need any more unnecessary damage, coaches all just sat there grinning. Perfect way to damage your brain, shorten your career and mess up your training/fights with injuries.
@@Dawgzdanglies agreed seems that this gym doesnt really go easy on people that are not as good as the rest. not sure why they all smashed up the less skilled partners smh
@@bso1469hi, this is a good and bad thing because when I first started learning mma obviously we all got beat on that’s how we get better some of these exchanges are brutal and a bit concerning yes but again these guys are high level fighters and you see egos very often
21:07 liked how he didn’t stop kicking him in the leg and gave him advise after gotta check those kicks because in a real comp your opponent not gonna care either
Maybe this is a stupid question but why do they almost never use jabs, middle and push kicks ? It seems like 99% of their strikes are hooks and crosses
It’s mostly Dutch style kickboxing these rounds, basically give and take combinations in the pocket so there’s no range finding mostly it’s nose to nose from both fighters plus if you have the choice between a jab or a hook a hook will cause more damage and they don’t throw many push kicks because it’s kickboxing not muay thai they prefer head to head range so a push kick would only be smoothered or knock there opponents out of range and into body kick range which is rarely thrown in Dutch kickboxing mostly low stance, tight hands, aggressive boxing and low kicks…hope this helps
Spar wars is all fun and awesome until a broken bone happens. did a lot of spar wars at my gym for a year and ended up with a fractured rib! grappled hard and sparred hard like these guys and now I’ll never be able to compete or spar hard again. I’m 34 now and I learned my lesson! trust me you feel like a bad ass until this shit happens to you. once I found out I had a broken rib from 2 fight camps I was beyond angry and pissed off! be safe and train smart
Spar Wars is back 🙌🏾. Got me through lockdown when there was minimal boxing on, and got me into doing muay myself.
thanks thats great to hear how it helped people during the bad times

Yea always good to have a super unmatched sparring partner you can give CTE to.... Good "training" right there.
High level skills 👍💪
But too many heavy blows in the head, unsustainable in the long run imo.
yeah that first round was roooough
First two guys were clearly unmatched and the dude with the shirt got hit like 27 times in the head. Doesn't seem like very good "training" to me.
High level skills? ...most of these guys cannot defend themself properly.

thank you very much. i appreciate that
Classss glad to have Spar Wars back!! the first round was hard to watch though, bit hard considering the skill gap. Rest was top quality though 🥊
Yes, dude ate many hooks to the chin.
Yep. He could have landed same shots but with less intensity. Headaches/injuries + demotivation to come to training
Bit rough. But learn to use your jab.
Anas is so fast and his movement is another level especially for someone his size
Yeh he’s awesome
there's a young lad in our gym who's similar build - 120kg and one of the fastest in there. he's got terrifying power.

High level sparring with fighters that keep improving. Good job.
I missed this so bad lmao, such a good episode too, so many great exchanges.

The level of these fighters is really high!
It's interesting to be able to see others sparring, what they do well, and not so well. I'm just a little shocked that not a single teep was thrown!
Terps were thrown in the first clip. Showing me you didn't watch the video fully and you are the smaller guy usually, as we need them. ❤

Its called a high guard, its a last line defense to use when you dont know what's coming. Nothing lazy about it.
