Any chain lube is ok. For running-in details check owners manual. There will be no realistic perceptible difference with the filter on the 200cc motorcycle. May be marginally at higher rpm.

After install, let the engine idle for 2 mins. The ECU will adjust itself for more incoming air.

Clean every 5,000 kms and when handled and cleaned as per recommendations I can last at least 20 washes.

Emery the pads, use brake cleaner on them and on the disc. Clean well and reinstall and try. You may need to do this more than once sometimes.
