The sound I couldn’t notice much difference but the performance, oh man… the bike is much smoother and the lag in acceleration has been improved noticeably ✊🏽

By Changing the air filter will it affect the warranty of the bike ?
It shouldn’t as long as you do it yourself and put the stock one back in when going for a service

Also pay attention to minute details I shared in the video for example don’t over tighten the screws as it may damage the washers underneath and not only air filter, you can also install this if you would want to 👇

One thing that bugs me is that this is an awful design approach from the RE side. This is more difficult than most of the high-end luxury cars.
High chances of breaking lines, connectors, plastic pump, and scratches on the tank.
Imagine what will happen in a small RE service station when they have to do services of at least 50 bikes daily. Mechanics won't take care of our bike like the owner does. they are always in a hurry. Most mechanics are not trained properly.
People will suffer. Oil and air filter replacement should be as easy as possible. This looks like a maintenance disaster.
The design is one of the many reasons I bought this motorcycle. If the air filter was placed down where they usually are on most of the motorcycles, you would end up choking all the air filters you install on this bike no matter how expensive or good they are just because of the kind of terrain and the sort of rides this bike is gonna go through (in general)
The service centre thing I agree with you but if you have good relations with them they won’t rush. They never rushed on mine, in fact they like to have me there while they are working on it and I keep them in check when they are about to do something risky.
I managed to install the air filter without damaging any line or hoes or pumps or connectors and without a single scratch on the tank. It all reflects on your personality as a person and how good you are at what you are doing.
On the side note, this is a fun motorcycle to ride and to work on, after the air filter I installed fuel x on it by myself and for that I had to take off the tank AND the entire throttle body, guess what? All went smooth without any damages. Take some risks while keeping smarty brother ✊🏽

You can insert high breathable foam with bit oil spray it will absorb most of dust without restricting the air flow and enhancing filter survivability and life (prefilter DIY) 😅
