WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP MIGHTY MIGHTY IC NOOOOORCOOOOOM!!!! This was the last year of The School before the Original Building was removed and the new school wasn't completed yet. I had to move and graduate from a different school. This Marching Band WAS the best.

Most of my library is naturally Norcom, But I do have a few things from other bands from Norfolk and Portsmouth during the late eighties, early nineties.

@@mssijae This should be Howard's Band Day Competition. This was a Very intense competition because it consisted with Alot of historic VA, DC and MD Programs. Eastern Senior High School, Ballou SHS, Dunbar SHS, HD Woodson Sr High School, Shaw & Hines Jr High (rip), Oxon Hill High School. Milford Mill Academy, Bmore City College HS. Forestville HS (Rip) from the DC area was there
