I got some mods to do this winter on my warrior. I thought about the 33 tooth pulley stock pulley in 5th I’m running about 2700 at 75 and 3000 at 80. did you notice what your rpms were at those speeds?

I read the pulley swap basically corrects the speedo... Or did you do anything to calibrate the speedometer?
Does this affect your gas mileage?
Hey Bryan what's your opinion on a 33 tooth pulley with plans of going 240+ tire in the future? do you need a 31 tooth for bigger tires?

Nope. In fifth gear:
31T - 64mph at 2702 rpm
32T - 66mph at 2694 rpm
33T - 68mph at 2686 rpm
At stock config with 32T 75mph at 3049rpm

you definetely need to bring that light up, it's way too low. Your high beam is burning a hole into the blacktop.
