Well a common wife or mother can’t afford to take care of herself all the time( like celebrities do ) due to her responsibilities. Celebrities and rich can hire help at drop of a hat . While normal people may just get tired due to everyday work load and then neglect self . Affordability matters in skin care at least . I agree with her with how staying hydrated contributes. It’s not always about money, it’s the choices and lifestyle we live. I have relatives that don’t have the same privileges as a celebrity (making minimum wage) but look young bc they make healthy choices ie drink enough water to stay hydrated, don’t eat junk food, exercise at home (can’t afford gym) and make positive affirmations.
True, I'm trying to drink more water a friend told me to drink a gallon everyday I'm thinking I can't drink a gallon everyday 😩 but I still try to drink more. She told me drinking water cleans out all the toxins & hydrates the hair so here I am trying to drink more water.

What she said about the water is really true. I had a bout with a UTI infection for the first time in my life but I did not want take antibiotics so I went on a intense water diet. I drank over 100oz a day and within two days the UTI was completely gone. After this I kept up with drinking over 100oz a day and after about 3 months I looked in the mirror one morning after just waking up and I realize how moisturize my arms felt and how full my face looked. It really caught me by surprise. As I'm thinking to myself "why does my skin look so different " I unconsciously reached for my water bottle and that's when it hit me "ohhh it must be all the water I've been drinking"

I get 8 hours of sleep, I never drink alcohol, I never smoke, I exercise regularly, I have been drinking 5 to 7 bottles of Fiji water every single day for the past 4 years, I eat healthy, I have religiously used sunblock, I’ve been using $60-$120 anti aging cream/serum since I was 19. I started getting facials for a year at a med spa when I was 24 and it didn’t help much. I’m going to be 26 this year, and I honestly feel that I could easily pass for being 36. I started going gray when I was 17. I’ve had my liver, kidneys, and thyroid levels checked yearly as a routine check up, and I am perfectly healthy. No one in my immediate or distant family is aging prematurely. I literally don’t know what the heck I am doing wrong that is making me age this way. I think that there are just some people out there, like me, who age terribly, and not much can be done about it. I guess the best thing I can do is enjoy what’s left of my youth 😕

Aging is around 30% genetics and 70% lifestyle choices. Gene's while do play a factor doesn't determine how you will age all that much. You can control at the rate at which you age by making positive lifestyle choices.

@@asp4752 I have done vegan and plant base and carnivor. I am mostly peskatarian blood type diet food only and love it. Eating mostly for your blood type is a real game changer. You feel powerful and less hungry.

Some people who eats healthy and don’t drink at all looks older than their age. But they’re healthy people. You can’t run from wrinkles wether you’re healthy or not. Sometimes money helps.

I first read JLo’s secret in a magazine way back 2014. I gradually followed her. Healthy lifestyle, indeed helps. I am already in my 30s and most of the time people thought I am 24+ something... Then, I realized that it really works. I did further research and there were women just like her, notably in Asia have the similar method. I don’t know if she did botox etc... But I am convinced with her advice.
I watched her video about the first time she stepped up her life as an artist. She didn't look as beautiful as she does now. I think, plastic surgery has an important part of her beauty secrets.
I avoided sun for a long time due to allergy, but it had a bad effect on my teeth and bones, I guess she was aware enough and was taking enough amounts of Vitamin D supplement.
