- Enoch FINALLY decided to take a chance and upgrade his seats in his 2009 Nissan Xterra.
These seats can be installed on any of the 2nd Gen Nissan Xterras AND 2nd Nissan Frontiers!
We walk through the entire process on how to get these installed and working properly so you can have a much more comfortable ride.

Just picked up a set off a 2024 with 300 miles on them. I got the front and backs for my 2013 SV. Ironically an older Gentleman with a leg amputation purchased a P4X with cloth seats. It was hard for him to scoot his butt into the cloth seats. So he purchased a factory new set of leather seats off a new truck that fell off a delivery truck. Sometimes things just happen for a reason. After meeting the seller he had to be one of if not the most inspirational people I have ever met in my 60 years on this earth. Such a positive outlook on life and a super happy person. In the end I got a helluva a deal on new seats and a lesson in humility. Thanks for the VID. Going to be doing these over the holiday weekend next week.
Third gen frontier seats are so much more comfortable. It’s a huge upgrade!

The 3rd gen seats lower, only matter if you're tall tho, I have the 3rd and 2nd gen and the lowerable seats are awesome.
@@sapperROSSI'm right about 6ft, so on the taller side. I love the factory seating position in the Gen 2 Xterras but being able to lower it would be super nice.

Where did y'all acquire these 3rd gen seats? Sorry if I missed it in the video. I have a 2nd Gen Xterra and might one day want to find myself some new seats

Such a cool idea, could you in theory swap the rears too so they would match?
I would assume you could install them in the Frontier, not so much the Xterras. Mainly because of the placement of the sub and storage that the Frontiers have.

I find the original seats very comfortable... can you tell us why you prefer the new seats?
If you dig the original seats, no need to change them. Just a simple upgrade if your seats are worn and torn. More of a preference item :)

I have a r51 Pathfinder LE with heated leather seats. I find the seats uncomfortable and want to upgrade them and until now I did not know what to do about it. Thank you guys!! That said, what level of complication will the power/heated/memory functions add to the swap? Because I def want to retain those.
With power heated seats, it should all just be plug and play.

So wait, the passenger side requires all this swap over but the driver side doesn't? I'm confused.
The drivers seat does not have an occupancy sensor so there’s not much actual wiring to switch on the drivers seat

They sit at a similar height. Maybe a bit lower
