I love my ADO high clearance arms! Finally made my Xterra Pro 4X suspension feel right with zero coil bucket contact. I have the adjustable lower cam bolts and my shop said it was simple to get a perfect alignment. The truck tracks great!!
wow you guys do such great products. I'm in South Africa and we unfortunately don't get any good aftermarket suspension upgrades for our Frontiers. Here we call them a Nissan Navara I have the 4.0 v6. Great content thanks man
I got your ado uca's in my Bilstein 5100 lift kit and i love them they are so beefy compared to the OEM uca's you know they will last and do the job. The lift is also great my truck rides phenomenal on road and off i think in rides better than it did stock on pavement. Keep up the good work fellas!!
This is pretty great !! I am glad Xterra/Frontir is getting some such needed love !! hopefully one day I can get those for my Xterra )) and do another installation video
It's true. I got the SPC control arms and spent hours grinding and painting the coil buckets, and I just used the default ball joint settings. Should've just got the ado arms.
I paired the ADO control arms with the RC 2.5" loaded struts and I still had to grind my coil buckets. The drivers side needed more grinding than the passengers side. I'm thinking seriously about swapping the coilovers out for better one's because I'm having positive camber issues also with this setup. Or I'm having alignment technician issues, not sure which one yet.
I need to bring you guys my Pathfinder.... Not super happy with the suspension setup and need to get someone who's driven one some input on steering/ride.
So will I be able to put a 2 inch leveling kit or lift kit on my 2023 frontier Pro4x if I upgrade the control arms? I’m having trouble finding a level/lift kit as most manufacturers say their lifts will not work with the pro 4x model.
Great review. I'm considering buying those UCA just wanted to consult first. I have Navara D40 Spanish build 2007. I wanted to apply leveling lift kit (3" front / 2" rear). Also wanted to put 33" tire (285 75 r16). Will those UCAs fit perfectly with those specs?
I'm scared for my X went over a bump and it rattled my truck like crazy and now my front pass tire sits a little off in the straight position. I assume that harsh sound is coil bucket contact? Do UCAs fix that after a 2 inch lift?
I have positive camber after doing the full 2 inch suspension kit lift on an 08 xterra. I've had your UCAs in my shopping cart but everyone is telling me to get spc but they are pricey. I plan on lifting it a little more with the lift puck and shackle you sell and leave it after that sense it's just a hwy daily. Which do you genuinely recommend?
I know this is an older video but I was checking out your ADO UCAs. Wow you guys have really increased your prices since this video. Do you ever have sales?
Does it fix hood squeak? My neighbor is driving me nuts, I don't know how he tolerates it. I was seriously considering a Frontier, a noise like that would be a deal breaker.
Tell your neighbor to wrap the hood latch loop with 3 ply’s of electrical tape. 3 times around that loop and squeak is gone and hood latches a touch tighter too.
my Xterra had the same hood squeak. i just screwed my hood bushings out a little more & tightened my hood latch if i remember correctly. haven't had the problem since.
Has anyone ever asked Nissan why this platform has the upper control arms mounted so that it can hit the strut bucket? I don't think I've ever seen any other platform like this. They're all able to droop all the way down past the strut bucket
I just added today the Rancho quick lift on my 2009 nissan frontier crew cab. I have the Supreme 3" lift kit from Amazon and the mechanic told me I need new control arms in order to install the spacer on my coil over. WHICH control arms should I purchade???? Titan swap??
SPC the flat ones are absolute garbage those bushings didn’t last even 6 months and it’s a street truck. Lots of failures with them. I’ve been chasing a thumping noise for months and today I found the problem. And it’s apparently a problem with this style. I bought them because of this video fool me once
Very glad you guys finally came out with it. Now do an install video!
Greetings from Puerto Rico!! Thinking of buying a 2020 Nissan Frontier Pro4x but not much aftermarket support until I found your channel!

Question do you need to get an alignment after replacing your arms
@@Greenmandrin Yes.

This was really helpfull, im in the process of ordering and i had no idea what upper to choose. This made my decision easy.
Glad we could help!
Just got my new axle vent upgrade from you guys. It came fast in the mail. Thank you. More upgrades to come!
Dude those look and sound like the right way to go

I can't wait to get ya'lls products on my 3rd gen frontier..Next year, can't justify throwing away brand new tires. Thanks for the Nissan love.

Wow you guys nailed. Definitely will be picking up a pair.
Are the Mevotech Upper control arms the same as the SPC? Rock Auto has SPC style upper control arms for about 200 each
Awesome! Thanks for making these.
Just ordered my Alldogs UCA's

Do the ADO arms work with the 3rd generation Nissan frontier Pro-4x? Also with the rough country 2.5” lift kit
they do. the 2nd and 3rd gen front suspension is identical
Are these for a Titan swap or just a replacement for oem?
These are OEM replacements. Titan arms are coming later down the road
Nicely done 🤘

Has anyone tried to rectify the crappy turning radius of these trucks. I was hoping my Wife's 22 would be better then my 13 But nope same shitty TR.
Waiting for the uca for the nissan titan!
when are these coming back in stock 😢😢😡
I know this is an older video but I was checking out your ADO UCAs. Wow you guys have really increased your prices since this video. Do you ever have sales?
we have 3 sales a year. labor day, memorial day, and black friday
Cool thanks
Awesome!! Do you offer an option for titan swap ?
Not yet but we plan on it in the future!
In regards to the titan swap.. with spc uca is the coil bucket contact an issue?
@@AlldogsOffroadCoop sign me up!
@@Nathan-pw1rh if you get the SPC UCA’s specific for the titan swap you get no contact
Are the ball joints from the 2004-2015 Titan or the 2016+? Or has it not changed with the new redesign?
We use 1st gen (04-15) Titan ball joints in our arms :)
Does the ADO move the front wheel forward in the wheel well (castor i think?) So 33"tires look centered?
there is added caster and camber built into the ADO arms.
Do you ship in Canada?
Yes, shoot an email to info@alldogsoffroad.com for a quote :)
Can I used tubular upper control ar on a 6" lift frontier?
sure can
I have bilstein lift struts 5100 with the clip set at max height with 285 75 r16 mud terrains will these work well with them?
I have a similar setup. How rough/rigid is your ride? And did you get these UCAs and did it make a difference? Thanks
What lift kit do you recommend to pair with these ADO Control Arms? Looking to upgrade my 2011 P4X Xterra this year to a 2.5-3" lift...
Our test vehicle is running our Radflo extended travel kit but even our complete kit would be fine!

the Titan suffers from the same design flaw so it's not exclusive to the Frontier unfortunately
@@AlldogsOffroadCoop so only Nissan? Can there be any benefits to them doing this? Was it just a packaging decision?
How much $
Can't wait to get mines for my X. Is it better to use your ADO lockout cam bolts, or regular adjustable cam bolts with the use of these arms?
Thanks
Regular Cam bolts will be easier to get your alignment tuned up but both will work!
Wish they were still sub 500 dollars pre loaded

They are no longer sub $500 fully loaded. They are now $579.
correct. this video is also 2 years old
We need a 4th of July sale.
Do you guys have a phone number i can call and talk to you about part's for my truck
you say the price of your arm but on the web site it cost more why
haha guilty as charged, thought i grinded enough bucket but nope,... another $12 i had to spend lol
