Hey I have a question? Does it matter what model/type brand the rx 6700xt is to run like yours also will the type of cpu you have effect the performance of the card( I don’t know much about about these) 🙌
The different brand of the 6700xt will affect the core clock and the temperature with the cooling style of each brand, generally it doesn't matter because it's the "same" gpu. And it's important to have a cpu that is fast enouth to handle the speed of your gpu, However you will be bottleneck by the cpu.

I5 12400f or ryzen 5 5600?
I think the r5 5600 is better cause it's clock speed are a little higher than the 12400f and you can easily oc the r5 however the i5 you can't oc it

It will effect if i upgrade to 12400f?
It will not be a good boost, i think upgrade to a 12600k will be much more adequat because you can oc it
