I will try to make diy version of queenbee, can I make tensioning tool from brass nut for 8mm lead screw? :D

Yes you can, I personally use ptfe dry lube as they will be prone to getting gunk stuck in them otherwise.

Hi, don't you have some whipping or backlash with those Leadscrews? I would like to buy the 1500x1500 version but I'm afraid of this phenomenon. What do you suggest?

The David Tingle Tension system takes out the whip if you do get it. Usually that only happens in a 1500mm machine.
