Hey Brian, great video. I rebuilt my BOSS foam cannon this past summer and the rebuild kit I bought had a tube of adhesive in the kit to use on the threads to lock the nozzle into a straight up/down position. I just looked on their website and BFKIT includes adhesive as one of the items in the kit. Not sure how old your kit is, but it doesn't look like the contents in the one you used match the contents of BFKIT on their website. There's also a detailed video on the page how to rebuild it using the kit with the adhesive (time 5:25 for the adhesive process).
@@danielfletcher1384 Thanks! Yeah like I said in the video my kit is probably 4 years old. I bought a few of them at one time knowing I would need them in the future. That’s good to know about the adhesive.
everything they sell come with a lifetime guarantee against defect, just call Griots, they will probably either ship you the rebuild kit or a brand new foam cannon.
Perfect, my brother just bought the boss yesterday. Good to know!! 👍🏻🇨🇦
@@404notfound..... It’s a great foam cannon. Thanks for watching
Good stuff Brian!!
Tool maintenance is key in every industry👌🏻
@@MNpicker Thank you and absolutely!
I agree people need someone to go in depth without skipping steps. Any tips on which grease to use and not to use?
@@Ilxdave Just a silicone grease is fine. You don’t need much just enough to lubricate the o-rings.
Thank you 🙏 for another great tutorial! I need to do maintenance on my boss foam cannon. Thanks again

@@MrRichardyc No this is considered a maintenance item that’s why they sell the kit. It’s not covered under their warranty.
