  • In this video we practice together a sequence of variations of Pashimottanasana to improve the flexibility of the muscles of the back and the back of the legs!
    Find a quiet place, where no one can disturb you and give yourself a precious moment entirely
    for you to find your balance, regenerate, relax and let yourself go completely
    I recommend comfortable clothing, a mat, a throw, a strap (a bathrobe belt is also fine) and a yoga brick
