Really wish both these shoes were 6mm instead of 8mm--as it is both amazing shoes but Saucony Hurricane 24 is just as capable and versatile for me but with a much comfortable drop at 6mm. Those are my 3 best "everyday"ish shoes of the year--glad to be alive and running at a time when there are so many amazing shoes to choose from!
Honestly i never gelled with the Superblast. Its fast for sure but not particularly soft feeling considering the amount of midsole. I now run in the Hoka mach 6 and although not as deep i would say its more cushioned and comfy feeling than the superblast, whilst feeling similarly fast due to weight being so good.
The magmax was a real surprise for me in terms of responsiveness …I did a 50k in and I felt so fresh ….good job puma! shame the rest of their speed work shoes as’daily’trainer are too narrow for me … I would have loved to run in the velocity nitro 3 but too narrow
@@jonjaulee1988 yes true to us size... but if you want a good daily trainer kind a like the velocity...pick the Adizero SL2 ...perfect room for the foot and super comfy and responsive
It’s not too far off. NB4 is great daily trainer. Maybe not race day like SB2. However, the NB5 is right around the corner. May want to wait see how those fair
Superblast 2 is just the best do it all shoe. Might cost a bit but you only need one shoe from easy runs to race day.

I have the same problem with Puma shoes - I have wide feet but also need stability - did MagMax run true to size for you length wise?

Tom is never going to forgive Mike for taking his pair of Superblast 2 😂
Man I cant find the superblast 2, all sold out. I settled for the novablast 4 for my daily trainer.
Did I do the right thing?

@ thank you so much man! Much appreciated
@@thenextone24 whats the top 3 race day shoe for you? My plan is the NB for daily trainer and 1 other shoe for race day
These shoes are becoming so expensive....£200 plus becoming standard which if you run a lot of miles makes running a very expensive sport now.
Both
