Thank you very much Ramsey! I'm honored that you took my advice on this video, and in such a short time, literally overnight. You are the best, truly. Great choices though as usual. Leather Oud unfortunately I can confirm that in Italy it has been officially discontinued for about a couple of months. The best always leave...Thanks again and have a nice day :)
Excellent Listing (from what I have seen so far - exhausted). Though I will finish later, I do feel that nothing you do is like anyone else. If you were to do a top 20 Summer list, it would be nothing like your compatriots! Thank you for this video. Cheeers! 🎉🎉🎉🎉😊
This is so true. Before I started down the path proper I was watching *ahem* some less well informed content on fragrance. If I were to have stumbled onto Ram's channel by a "top ten fall fragrances" video. It would have saved me some very literal Ambermax and Timbrox headaches lol. In fact if Ramsey were to do this kind of thing more often, it would be a great service to newcomers to the Frag world while also making this an even more subversive channel.
I LOVE your individual reviews, they're so informative. But I also love those "fragrance connection" videos, the interviews, the Not a Top Tens, ... All of it. I think your core viewership is more the intellectual/art-lover/historically-interested side of the fragrance world. Not snooty people, just discerning aesthetes with a love for learning. This is such a valuable channel in that way.
Amazing video! So many loves of mine in there! To me, Des Cendres is another powerful, big perfume, such a great composition! And love how Le Lion and Diaghilev are powerful and at the same time not overwhelming, only Chanel and Roja can do this so posh with their own, distinctive style! Cheers!
Yes Des Cendres easily could have been on this list... probably should have done a top 30 so I could include it and a few others, the size of the lists can always grow lol
Thanks so much ... I appreciate you watching & commenting 🍻

Next video: “Top 25 Pantydroppers” 😅 jk nice list, I have Fidelis, Promise and The Moon from this list. The coffee in Fidelis is indeed amazing, and I also think The Moon recently passed Promise as my favorite FM now. Only got a bottle of The Moon last month after wearing a couple of 2ML samples. What a week of nice videos, keep FM and beast stuff coming!! Cheers 🫡
Hello! Your review of Epic inspired me so much! I've never seen this type of fragrance review before. I'm talking about the description of the fantasies that arise from acquaintance with the composition of the aroma. I see these things the same way. I call a perfume good if it gives me these inner pictures. Men's Myths became an absolute discovery for me. I conducted an experiment introducing my loved ones to this scent. I noticed this trend - all people talk about different things, but always about happy memories. This aroma is so unique that it evokes in people not a feeling of smell, but memories of happiness or celebration. In Myths I see a theater curtain made of huge thick dark purple plush. It is ancient and dusty and soaked in incense. When it opens, instead of a scene we see an endless scarlet sunset sky with layered multi-colored clouds and red and gold sparks. The house of the same dragon from the cover. Myths smell like the curtain in this theater. And the curtains smell like this heaven of a good fairy tale. This is absolutely fantastic! I'm literally furious with what amouage is doing now. Under Chong, this was the art of perfumery of the highest standard, but now it is an ordinary mass market. Thank you if you read these many words to the end!
what a joy to watch this video! I probably have about 15 of these. It could have been all Amouage list for me :) it's difficult to fit all in 25. However, i would have liked to see Myths man & Music for a while in there too. Shem from Nishane is another one for me that belongs in this list
Awesome niche list of powerhouse fragrances! As always, your videos and lists are at another level compared to influencers that are for the money and not for the love of fragrance. Thank you, Mr Ramsey.
Every Amouage fragrance I have seems to survive making it through the washing machine, and it's always a fun game to try and guess what it is when I put the particular item of clothing on again. ELDO Rein Intense incense is another that just persists for what seems like eternity!
I didn't know 2-Man is a beast! I once missed buying a bottle intentionally from my local reseller! That's unfortunate! Great list, Ramsey. Learnt a lot (I always learn from your channel).
I had that experience with a BDK fragrance- washed my jumper and left it folded up in the spare room- walked in the next day and the whole room smelled of it- to be honest it put me off a bit! Great video as always and I know what you mean about the single reviews- dying art - glad you are here keeping it going Ram 🐏 💪🏽🙏
Brilliant list Ramsey ! Thank you and many thanks to Riccardo. I am looking at the bottle of Furyo and I'm sure we'll see a certain number of the most powerful designer fragrances that you have. From this list I love Promise, the Moon, Monsieur. , Interlude, Epic, Gold, Le Lion, Anubis and, of course, Diaghilev. Diaghilev is very cultured. The projection isn't huge, but the longevity stays for a day. A real Opera scent ! Scent Of The Night : Hugo Boss - Number 1 (a pigeons killer)
My preferences sit in between yours (more niche, discountinued, etc.) and mainstream frags. Like quite a few PdM when I can get them sub 200 bucks and Tom Ford and Dior as well. Love Amouage, getting a new Amouage for Father’s Day! My point is it’s fun to watch your different perspectives, takes, etc. so I can educate from both sides. A lot of designer stuff is pretty boring but there are some gems. You haven’t yet talked me out of my love for PdM LE, but you tried hard and were compelling. Learning a lot listening to you. Keep it up!!!your Antaeus review should be nominated for some sort of fragrance webby or whatever that is. Enjoy the ride!
Nice review again, Ramsey! I was very pissed off to discover that Amouage's Epic Man as well as TF Tuscan Leather are severely watered down. They cannot pass the 3-4 hours mark before they dissipate ... Thus i would replace Epic Man with Myths Man or Overture Man
Ram - maybe you should film an introduction video for your channel? You could give an overview of what people can find on your channel and how they can navigate it to find some new things etc! I think you can put that up as a video that's on your starting page then, so people see that first 😊

Fun AND informative. Good times! Last winter I put on Epic at 10 am and the girl who was ringing up my dinner at 7:00 across a large counter and me under a winter coat said, “You smell good. Like, REALLY good!” I was floored because I’d stopped smelling it. So, yeah, epic!
Thanks again, I do not mind the more 'influencer' type videos, BTW summer is approaching, I need to pick your mind: what is your go to summer frag (on a normal summer day not super warm or super cool temps), my search is still going strong but I cannot find anything I really like as a summer fragrance. I do have Colonia Essenza that one is nice, but I would like to get something more niche. And that lasts a little longer on my skin, AdP is known for short lasting frags. Let me guess your top: beachhut man, sunshine man. Just curious so I can sample some more.
@@RamseytheRam no creeds for me, will not give them any money! The search will continue. SOTD Bel Ami, in the heat. Smells way different compared to wearing it in the winter months. Way more leather! Love it!

Thank you, sir ! P.S. Still researching a way to send stuff across from eastern Europe without costing an arm and a leg. Cheers.
i really want to try arso or papillon (either anubis or spell 125). ill have to sample them first before i drop 200+ bones, but they by all accounts sound worth it. p.s. got the unutamam lol...yeah dude its totally bizarre. best way to describe it is that its sort of an ode to oregano...i mostly just get super concentrated oregano. i dont think it projects enough to be on this list, but some people act like its the strongest thing ever made lol.
Looking forward to the designer version… it would be lovely if you can get the names of the fragrances listed on the screen. Seasons they are best suited for
A Ram beast mode video?!?! 😅 You know we're here for whatever you want to talk about... SOTD Creed Viking. SOTE Javoy Psychedelique. And yes, I am one of those fragrance eaters. 30 whole minutes out of Royal Oud.
@@RamseytheRam those videos are awesome and I’ve watched them but it would be cool to see to an oud-head’s nose which western designer/niches come closest to the real deal/ which perfumer did the best job of emulating the feeling of real oud
I'm not sure if the formula has changed, but my new bottle of man 2 (bought last year) last noticeably shorter than my 2009 bottle. Hopefully it just needs more air in the bottle, otherwise it's a shame as man 2 was my low key party/going out/at the club scent for decades!
@@RamseytheRam hopefully it’s just a case of needing some maturation - I had a few recent bottles of Tom Ford and Lutens that needed some time to breathe. Will report back.

As you’re now taking subscriber requests, please can you do a ‘Top 10 panty dropper fragrances - summer 2024 niche edition’ video? I’m kidding… make it a designer frag edition.
Thank you for the video Ramsey. Have you considered reformulations of those perfumes you listed? This can change things drastically; it would be very considerate and kind of you if you briefly recap which batches you have for those most powerful niche fragrances you listed in your next episode. Granted, not a lot of us have an unlimited budget, and going thru the trial and error, especially with niche brands, will end up very costly without having found the fragrances that are long lasting since we don't know the batches. And I think we all collectively agree, powerful fragrances that are worth buying and keeping are becoming more rare by the day. Thank you Ramsey, as always, grateful for having you here.
Enjoyed the list. I'd say it complements the more detailed takes rather than seeming out of place or influencery. Re; Arso. It's oily as Profumum Roma use an in house oil medium rather than alcohol! Personal faboirite from that house is 'Rosae Mundi'. It's a lot of rose, and more patchouli than god, as well as vetiver and cedar. It is, also, absolutely enormous. A simple composition, but the beauty lies in how it shifts as the ingredients develop and the interplay between them changes (and they're of high enough quality for that to be a worthwhile experience).
@RamseytheRam It makes me think of being enveloped in a viscous liquid made of deep red-brown velvet. Incredibly deep and smooth but still textured. One if my overcoats got a couple of 'sprays' of it every two weeks or so last winter 🙂
I really hope some fragrance bro finds this video and thinks, "Hell yeah dude, beast mode panty droppers!" and winds up with a bottle of Amouage Gold Man. But then he secretly loves it and strays away from the darkness of Xerjoff and Parfums de Marley.
hi Ramsey! do you really consider Monsieur by Malle a powerfull scent? i'm asking these just because i love the scent but i find it lasts on me just a couple of hours, not much more.... honestly, more of the times, i can barelly detect it on my skin afther1 or 2 hours.. it's very cryptic scent on me, sometimes i think it has a kind of performance like the molecular scents, if you understand what i mean.. PS: epic men, on me, is maybe the weaker scent i ever tryed in my career :D

Most Creeds are no where near as powerful as some of these lol
Tru tru
Thanks for watching & commenting 🍻
My girlfriend hated the moon :( she said it smelled like oily cheeseburgers and fries
Nuclear scent that stayed on my sweater for two months
Really?! 😂😂😂
@@RamseytheRam she hates everything…except Dior Sauvage EDT.

Yes! I would love to smell that Rosae Mundi one day 🙂
@RamseytheRam It makes me think of being enveloped in a viscous liquid made of deep red-brown velvet.
😂😂😂
Stray away from the darkness Bro!
❤😊

The newer bottles of epic man are very weak. In fact they are weaker than meander and the new bottles of honour. A huge let down.
Whaaaaaa???
hi Ramsey! do you really consider Monsieur by Malle a powerfull scent? i'm asking these just because i love the scent but i find it lasts on me just a couple of hours, not much more.... honestly, more of the times, i can barelly detect it on my skin afther1 or 2 hours.. it's very cryptic scent on me, sometimes i think it has a kind of performance like the molecular scents, if you understand what i mean..
PS: epic men, on me, is maybe the weaker scent i ever tryed in my career :D
Yes I consider them powerful scents
ASMR Soft voice Ramsay? 😂
The cheep sounding Bvlgari bottle lol

Some of Arabian oud fragrances are thousands of dollars 😂😂😂. Are you serious?
I am ... go check out some of my Arabian oud reviews lol
@@RamseytheRam I bought multiple fragrances from the Arabian oud store and they aren't that expensive. I have got resale with Arabian knight both for 150 💵. And rosewood for 75 💵
@@medk depends on which ones you buy
They have some cheap Perfumes & they have some that are close to 1000
Blue Oud & Royal Oud are both pretty expensive and I did reviews on both and Discussed pricing in both of those videos
It's been a while but check out my reviews
I think Royal Oud was the most expensive if memory serves
@@RamseytheRam blue oud costs 400 dollars in the store. What are you saying??
Okay and Royal oud is around 700 ... that's close enough to a grand to me ... why are you arguing with me about something dumb... you are about to get blocked
Yeeeyyyyhhh !!! My kind of perfumes 🖤
Watching it right now 🫶🏼
