Happy Anniversary Amouage. I had no idea the house was 40! I was pretty busy having my daughter back then so I may have missed it.😂😂 I really enjoy the house. I don’t own any of the male centric ones but I love my Portrayal Woman, Lilac Love and Material.

I have Opus XIV: Royal Tobacco and it literally lasts 24h on my skin (I have some strong frags in my collection but only this one lasted that long) not to mention how divine it smells. Interlude 53 is on my wishlist. Enclave, Reflection and Epic are also great. I need to get my nose on Jubilation XXV & 40, Overture and Lyric.
Omg Guidance is the best woman fragrance so far! I never in my life received so many compliments on my perfume. People fallowing me all the time, it’s crazy!
Silver Man is my favourite Amouage by far. It's so versatile, effortless and pleasant. I also have Gold Man, Jubilation Man and Journey Man, but all these require a certain mood and occasion to wear.

I like Portrayal Man a lot, but honestly prefer very slightly the smell of Fahrenheit over it.

To me, of all the popular niche houses, Amouage is the quintessential niche house. Very daring house. I haven't come across another house where it's like I really like/love a fragrance of theirs, or completely dislike. Not much middle ground for me in their overall collection.

IMITATION MAN didn't make the list. A leathery, smokey incencey beast! REFLECTION MAN is my best, funnily, Interlude Man my least favorite (from what I've smelled so far). It’s a way different style from pdm. Apples and oranges. Pdm great for work for me. Amouage good for special occasions, dinners, ceremonial occasions.
PdM compared to Amouage in the niche realm is like the comparison of Hugo Boss with Hermes in the designer world.

Journey Man is not only the best gentleman offering of the lot but the bottle is classy too. The bottle is so rich that it amplifies the smell 😅!

Myths Man is my scent of the day. It's floral and ashy. An unusual combination, but it works beautifully.

Bracken man was nice cause of the earthy smell after the drydown. Does anybody know a perfume with a same earthy smell? Bracken was discontinued..
