Less out of character everything is better. Never answer an out of charater question...more questions will begin. Insist on everyone asking questions as the character instead. A small way to maintain the sense of being immersed in the world you should all be trying to imagine. Otherwise you are only dipped into the world, if not at all, when you are outside of your character 51% of the game. Food for thought.
